It was exactly as described in all of the literature and met all of our needs. The kitchen was super stocked with anything you could need. This was our first season in some 20 years not staying in our Marriott timeshare which we just canceled ownership. Our daughter and family said this was their best Hilton Head vacation. Already booked it for 2026

Great location and very clean

The place was beautiful. Felt very much like a real home. Excellent central location. We were easily able to bike to the beach, Harbour town, and elsewhere! The place is even nicer than the photos!

Beautiful home in Sea Pines

Our family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home in Sea Pines. It was even nicer than pictured, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Hilton Head.

A beautiful beach house

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this immaculate beach house. It is beautifully decorated, all the furniture is comfortable and it is well stocked. I loved the fact it even had beach towels! We would definitely stay here again.

Great set up for family or friends traveling together

We loved the flow of this home! The primary BR suite and other BR's were separate from each other and and all were tucked away from the main living area . The set up made it super convenient for the early birds and night owls to not be disturbed by each others schedules. Great seating and spaces for family dining, gaming and hanging out. The home was in immaculate condition, really lovely and had all the details to make eating in a breeze. Very conveniently located to all the things you would like to do in Sea Pines. Wonderful experience with the management company as well. Highly recommend!

Serene Retreat

The house is beautiful with all the accompaniments you would need. Contact was easy and response to any questions was very quick. We loved our stay and we’re so sad our time flew by so quickly. Renting bikes is a must! Beach is just a quick bike ride away, and the pool a quick walk or bike ride too. Loved 8 Hollyberry Ln.

For the adult family vacation....

Three bedrooms, open ET area, easy access to beach by bike or car. The Sea Pines amenities (Shops, restaurants, etc). We didn't start our car but once or twice to hit the grocery store! The bike trails are extremely friendly. It is truly an escape!

Amazing stay!

We stayed over the Memorial Day holiday at 8 Hollyberry and it was a great experience. The home was set-up perfect for our family and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and everyone at Beachside Getaways was terrific to work with! We are hoping to come back next year!

Family vacation

Rented for my family. 6 adults. We did have an issue with the air but the office came over at 9 pm to check on it and resolved the issue. The only issue we had was not being able to park at sea pines beach resort which in prior years we had always been allowed to do. This is not an issue if you know what to expect but we were shocked when loaded up with beach gear to be turned away by sea pines. We worked it out afterwards but it was a bit of an issue. The house was good and very clean and perfect for our needs.

GREAT vacation home in Sea Pines, HHI

This house is beautiful and the perfect location for any family staying in HHI. It is centrally located and quick bike ride or walk to the beach, South Beach or the Harbor. The amenities are perfect and the house is FULLY stocked. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this kitchen is the most stocked of any. The house is very clean and has very nice décor and furniture. We had one small issue with the AC, but the management company was quick to respond and repair. The management company did a fantastic job at checking in with us throughout our trip to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great property and management company - the photos tell the story - beautiful well kept home; quiet location. The house is well maintained and was very, very clean when we checked in. The management company was communicative and friendly. We had 4 generations in the house and everyone had a great time.

It was clean, accessible, and relaxing! A beautiful location!

Easy check in process and clean property. The property had everything we needed for a quick stay as we attended a wedding. So much better than staying in a hotel! It felt like our own family beach house.
