Avery’s last single digit birthday getaway

Our family had an amazing time. The home was clean, beautiful and very accommodating for our group. My kids enjoyed bike riding, walks on the beach and trials. The weather was not the best but we made it work! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Immaculate Home

This was the cleanest and most organized home we have rented, and we have rented many throughout the years! The living room furnishings were beautiful and extremely comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything necessary and all was in like new condition, and the location was very convenient. Recommend replacing the mattresses, though. Way too soft, to the point of sinking ( especially the King and Full sizes). The twins were acceptable but not great. We would not rent this unit again unless the mattresses were updated and firmer. We could not sleep well. Second recommendation would be to have the patio and patio furniture cleaned before arrival. The landscaper showed up a couple of days into our stay and used the blower, but would have been nice to have a clean patio upon arrival. Thirdly, we would have liked to open the windows in the dining area to allow the beautiful cool breezes and fresh air in, however the screens are filled with webs/dead bugs so we didn’t open them. A screen for the slider patio door would have been nice instead, but no screen present. It is a very perfect house in every other way!

Wonderful Family Vacation in Hilton Head!

We absolutely loved our recent stay with at this property with BESTNEST by Beverly Serral. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the home and how incredibly organized everything was. Can you come label my life, Beverly??? Everything was so easy to find and we wanted for nothing! The spacious home was laid out well for us and accommodated our children easily with space left over. We loved that the home was pet friendly, but you literally could not tell a pet had every stayed there. The home itself is on a quiet, shady street that is close to the shuttle system for the Sea Pines Beach Club, and so many other fun things on the island. We were first timers to Hilton Head, but with our experience here, we will definitely be returning! Thanks so much, BESTNEST... your lovely decorated home, attention to cleanliness, ease of communicaiton, and great customer service gave us an amazing vacation. We will look for your properties again when we visit! Sincerely, the Park family

Best equipped and cleanest property I have rented from VRBO. I wish that BESTNEST was national. If planning on going to Hilton Head I definitely recommend working with Beverly Serral at BESTNEST. There is a definite feeling of being in "good hands" with her and her team.

Great Stay

Excellent VRBO house. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. This house is a short walk to The Shops at Sea Pines Center which has a wonderful little coffee shop, C’est Bon. My only suggestion would be that the propane tanks be kept full or at least always have a full extra tank in the garage. The patio has a nice fire pit table and gas grill. Unfortunately, when we went to use the fire pit table the propane tank was empty. We would definitely recommend this house, and will be back!

Great House and Location

The house was very well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking. It was a very comfortable and spacious house too. The neighborhood and location were very good. We enjoyed walking to the beach, Harbour Town, and the stables as well as other points of interest on a daily basis. I would book through Beverly Serral again knowing the house would be very clean and well stocked.

Great mini vacation

5 Wildwood was the perfect getaway for our family. Beverly Serrel was extremely responsive to our needs. We had a minor issue with a door and they were out first thing the next day. This property was perfect for our family of 4 and close to everything! Super sweet welcome basket and gift cards for 2 local restaurants. This is our second time renting through Beverly Serrel and we will continue to rent through them in the future. You never have to worry about a thing with this awesome rental company!

Great house with everything you need!

This house was perfect for Thanksgiving quarantine. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking a pleasure! We enjoyed the back porch quite a bit and even saw the neighborhood deer. It's a short stroll to the community playground and pool if it was a warmer month. The house is updated and everything is in great shape. Included with your rental are beach towels, beach chairs, and all the household supplies you'll need for the week. Easy access to the famous bike trails and we biked to South Beach and Harbortown. Beach is a far walk and you truly need to drive if you're bringing chairs so just keep that in mind. Enjoyed our week and appreciated the easy communications with the rental agency!

What a wonderful experience

We so enjoyed our stay at 5 Wildwood! It was perfectly clean (I am picky too) and the thoughtful details in how it was stocked was the best I have ever seen. I have stayed at so many vrbo's and rental houses and this one surpassed them all with the little, thoughtful touches. I cannot wait until I have a longer beach trip in my future because I will always use Bestnest. Every piece of the trip was so easy, including check-in and our property was even ready early! Loved every minute. Thank you!!
