  • Relájese y descanse en nuestro balcón que da directamente al Océano Atlántico y a la playa de arena blanca.

    A pocos pasos de la playa y muy cerca de Coligny Plaza con muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Pasee hasta el Tiki Hut, que es el bar de playa favorito de la isla y disfrute de música en vivo todos los días durante la temporada. Súbete a las dos bicicletas de playa que ofrecemos y recorre la playa y aprovecha las más de 60 millas de senderos para bicicletas en la isla. Realmente puedes ir a cualquier parte en bicicleta.

    Nos enorgullecemos de brindar el máximo confort en nuestras villas y estamos seguros de que estará muy feliz de quedarse aquí. Ofrecemos ropa de cama de felpa para su estancia. For the price, the view, and the location, we enjoyed the property for a quick weekend trip. Management was also great! The only cons, and I hate to even complain, but the condo is very outdated, had mold present in the bathroom, broken patio door handle, and all of the towels/sheets were stained so it didn’t feel very clean! We definitely made it work and was happy overall!

Great location right on the beach! Nice pool area too. The condo was exactly as described. It was fairly well maintained and relatively clean, but it obviously is a popular unit with renters. The kitchen could use a deep clean and the slider door is about due for an upgrade (the handle had fallen off one of its brackets before our arrival). Parking and accessing the unit via stairs or the elevator was a breeze. If you’re looking for beachfront convenience, this place won’t disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sea Side Resort and the villa fulfills our wants! Clean, comfortable, well equipped and best of all the location and ocean view. Just a quick walk to beach, Coligny Circle and bike rental. Close to Sea Pines east gate also.Thank you Meredith and we're already looking forward to our next stay!

The property was very well equipped and the vie was spectacular. Close to lots of eateries and shops. Hosts responded immediately with any questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend to any couple.
