Unfortunately cut short due to storm

The house and location are amazing! Love the 2 floors with double kitchens. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is short 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. We had a glorious 36 hours here before having to leave due to the storm. The commmunication with the property manger was excellent! We were given frequent updated about the forecast, island conditions, and expectations. We hope that we can come back next year and stay longer.

Great place close to beach with pool

The place was great. The walk to the beach was 5ish minutes so not too bad. The pool was great for the 4 small kids and 6 adults. The house was clean enough. A few small things here and there but nothing unexpected for a rental from my experience. This was our first extended stay at Hilton Head. Everything was within reasonable driving distance. We spent most days at beach and pool. Made dinner a few nights on the grill. Went out to dinner the rest of the nights. Nice to have two fridges and kitchen spaces for the 10 of us. Things to note about Hilton head in summer is that pool was quite warm. Too warm for me until it rained a bunch then it cooled off to a nice temperature. Same with the ocean.

HH Stay

Very nice property. A short direct (about 200 yards) to the beach. Big yard and very quiet. We spent a lot of time at the pool and under the porch next to the pool. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Property Manager responded promptly. Good location. Only about 2 miles to grocery stores and, more importantly, a good ice cream shoppe!

Nice House with a Huge Pool

The house was very clean and nice. The pool is huge, one of the biggest we have had in a summer rental. I think the hot tub should have been included in the overall price instead of adding it with additional fees. Maintenance had to come in to fix things which was a little inconvenient. They also said maintenance was coming a second time, but they never showed up. Like others have said they should increase seating in the main areas, 12 people cannot sit together in the room unless people sit on the floor. Walk to the beach was short. Beach was crowded but nice. Overall a nice house.

Great place to vacation!!

This was a great property. The house was wonderful. We had 9 people in our party (Ages 16 and up) and had plenty of room. We primarily cooked dinners at home throughout the week and the house had everything we needed to do that. You do need to bring paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The rooms were solid and bathroom space was not an issue. We did do laundry and you will need to bring laundry detergent. It was nice to be able to get some clothes clean during the week. There was a lot of space in the back of the house as the backyard was huge. Having kitchens on both floors was helpful as we primarily had drinks and snacks on the bottom. It made it easy to get stuff while in the pool. The real gem of the property was the pool. It was so amazing to walk out the back door and go right into a large in-ground pool!! We used the fire pit and the hot tub as well. All great! The property is so close to the beach with easy access. It also is an easy walk to Sea Salts Bar and Cafe which is just off the beach and was a lot of fun with good drinks and live music. There are grocery stores and a Walmart within 2-3 miles of the property if you needed anything. It was a great 4th of July vacation and would go back to this property again without hesitation.

Perfect property for multiple families and wonderful location

This house couldn't have been more perfect for the three families that stayed here. Good bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, open kitchen with plenty of space, and relaxing deck spaces for hanging out. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids AND adults! It felt very luxurious. The weather was very hot while we were there and the pool temp could have been a bit cooler, but it wasn't a huge deal. Very fun! The location was also great. Very quiet and peaceful with easy access to one of the best beaches I've ever visited. Lots of neat bike paths and amenities within a short walk. I would definitely bring my family back here someday!

Great Location

Great location if you need the beach. For golfers not as ideal as being on mainland due to extreme traffic issues in the afternoon. That said amazing digs, nice touches with popcorn machine, and great tv s everywhere.

Great Vacation with Friends

House was perfect for 2 families of 5. Great location. The beach is beautiful and a very short walk. The pool and backyard are outstanding for hanging out and keeping cool. We had a great time!

"WE WANT TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE FOREVER!" (quoted our 7 grandchildren)

What a perfect place for our 4 sons and their families to meet and make wonderful memories!! We could not have found a better place that fit us all so comfortably. The park next to us was convenient for the grandchildren, and we loved being situated on a dead end street with plenty of parking for our 5 large vehicles in the extra wide driveway. (There is no street parking.) Every modern convenience was available, but the 2nd FULL size refrigerator was a surprising plus. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, back deck, and around the pool deck. There were plenty of lawn chairs around the pool (both in the shade and full sun), and we enjoyed the fire pit, too. It would have been nice to have a screened-in area and outdoor shower. However, there was a great hose to rinse off - on the side of the house. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, and the large pool was both fun and refreshing after a day at the beach. The available beach carts, chairs, and umbrellas were extremely useful and easy to transport. The laundry room and beach towels were very much appreciated. The price and convenience of the bike rental through Hilton Head Properties could not have been any easier. (We were short one child's bike, and they brought one out first thing in the morning). Even the trash pick-up workers were delightful. We were surprised that they picked up on Wednesday, (a national holiday), and again right before our Saturday morning check-out. This home is a hidden gem!

Beautiful and secluded home in a very central location on the Island!

Our family had a lovely time and we were very impressed with the management company! The home was newly renovated and we loved the decor and the pool! Plenty of towels and linens. We highly recommend this home and hope to come back!

Great place in good locarion

We had a very nice time at this house. Our in laws were at the Marriott vacation club and this was near them so the location was perfect for us. We used the pool at the Marriott mostly so didn’t opt to pay the $100 per day to have the pool heated. The house was clean, has a good layout, and everything worked well and was as it should be. We would recommend it to others.
