Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, renoviert und hat unseren Bedürfnissen mehr als entsprochen. Es war alles sauber und ein kleines Willkommenspaket stand auf dem Esszimmertisch. Eine sehr freundliche Geste.Zum Haus gehört auch ein Beach-Trolley sowie Strandstühle und Wasserboards. Das macht einen Tag am Strand perfekt. Dieser ist fußläufig in max 10 Minuten erreichbar.Auch der Gemeinschafts-Pool liegt schön und ist sehr gepflegt.Die Gegend um das Haus ist sehr ansprechend. Man kann spazieren gehen, joggen oder einfach in den kleinen Läden bummeln. Ein größerer Supermarkt Publix ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Schade war, dass wir aufgrund des herbstlichen Einflusses die Terrasse nicht gut nutzen konnten. Sie war sehr belaubt, Ein Gärtner kam nicht. Wenn überhaupt ist das aber der einzige Kritikpunk.Wenn wir noch einmal nach Hilton Head Island fahren, würden wir genau dieses Haus wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was pretty great, very walkable to the beach, some restaurants and activities. Highly recommend! 4/5 for cleanliness only because there was a lot of sand already on the floors when we arrived, but I imagine it’s hard to get up completely.

Tennis trip

We had a group come and stay for a tennis retreat, space was great and walking distance from a ton of great amenities. Close driving distance to many tennis facilities.

Great place, even better location

It was a great place and the ideal location. The playground pirate ship was 2 min walk, beach was a 5 min walk (with little ones in tow), abundance of restaurants, shops and anything you need all within walking distance

Great location

This was a great spot to stay for my family and me. It was a 10 min walk to the beach and Coligny shopping center. The pool was close and the property management had so many amenities for us it was great. The only downfall is there were so many bugs in the house (mosquitos, spiders, etc - NO roaches). We had one issue with the shower not draining and they were out to fix it the same day. I’ve saved this listing for a future trip, because we really did enjoy this location.

Bachelorette Trip SUCCESS

We were visiting Hilton Head for a bachelorette trip and stayed at the Hilton Head Beach Club villa and LOVED it. The space was so cute and perfect for a group of girls. They were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The location is perfect...everything was either walking distance or a quick drive!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Villa. The best part for us was the location. A quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a great kids park. The property itself was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great Condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and it gave us plently of space to hang out and spend time together. It was clean and neat upon our arrival and all communication was good.

Great location near Coligny Plaza

The location was great near lots of activities but the cleanliness of the condo needed major improvements. the floors weren’t swept, there were food crumbs in the bed like new sheets weren’t even put on for new guests. Cobwebs and dust on lights, etc. Also the towel rack in the downstairs bath fell off just from hanging a towel on it, and the downstairs bathtub and sink drained very slowly. You were standing in 6 inches of water to take a shower. I texted the property the first day to let them know but never got a response. Again, location and the on-site pool were great but very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. I would stay in this area again, but not at this property.

Disappointing.

The location was excellent. Across from park with children’s activities, 5 minute walk from Coligny Plaza, with shops and restaurants and from beach. The information re direction and entry to the accommodation was perfect. The accommodation had some issues for us. The photos show this property as being very bright….. it is not! We needed lights on day and night in the kitchen and living areas. There were cobwebs stretching from the standard lamp to the ceiling corners in the living area and more in the downstairs en suite. The floors were filthy, had obviously not been washed. Black hairs were found in the bath and on the floor of the king size bedroom en suite and the same in the upstairs bath and queen size bedroom floor. The downstairs en suite sink blocked up after a couple of days. My husband used the plunger which helped slightly but only for a couple of days. The kitchen sink also blocked up. There was no standing clothes dryer to hang clothes unsuitable for tumble drying. The bug screen on the master bedroom door did not fit properly, allowing bugs into the room and all the sliding door frames to the outside from the king size bedroom, queen size bedroom and living area were filthy and stuck with bits of leaves. Outside, the furniture had to be washed down before use and there were partially raised flagstones which were a safety issue for young children. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean and pretty. There were plenty towels. I did email Carolina Coast Vacations regarding the unwashed floors, black hairs on baths and floors and no drying facility for clothes unable to be tumble dried, but received no reply! We won’t be returning to this property at Hilton Head and won’t use Carolina Coast Properties in the future.
