I really enjoyed Seacrest property, even our condo itself was in a great location. It was clean and we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. However, we had several issues during our stay. A balcony door leaked water, the freezer leaked water, the front door would randomly not let us in or out of the condo, the silverware drawer was seconds away from falling apart, there was no cookie sheets to cook anything in the oven, there are several places that the tile has pieces missing so you need to be careful walking without shoes, the balcony valance is broken and literally had a piece under the king size bed, as if we wouldn’t notice that it was broken. Most of these were communicated to the host. Dwight was sent out twice and he is lovely and very, very kind and unable to fix anything while we were there. There was a mixup with a late check-out, which, after a conversation with a property manager was rectified. But it took me complaining to get the situation fixed rather than being handled correctly in the first place. As Dwight said to me renters don’t expect perfect but they do expect things to not be broken.
