Our week was fantastic. The location was great. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach paraphernalia. Check in and out were efficient and we had no issues with the property. We would definitely return to the property

TOP vrbo beach house

The online pictures do not do justice to the beauty, scale and colors in this home. The ocean room overlooking the hot tub, pool and beach was our favorite. Beuatifully appointed, chic decorations and SPOTLESS clean. The walkout to the beach and proximity to golf, dining and Sea Pines community made this our best beach vacation ever.

Best on the Island

This was our second time renting this home this summer. It did not disappoint once again. Best view of the ocean from this house with easy access to the beach. Kitchen is a dream to prepare meals and is well appointed. The house has a place for everyone to relax. Clean and everything you need is there! We can not wait for 2023 to spend more time in Hilton Head and this beautiful home!

Incredible property and amazing property team

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! The location is amazing - the beach is in your backyard. Morning runs on the beach, bike rides on the beach, and plenty of space for our entire team (both shared/collaborative and individual). The area of the island is a beautiful area of HHI and very convenient to all amenities that you might be interested in (restaurants, grocery, stores, entertainment, etc.). The property team was extremely organized, responsive and communicative throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much for such an amazing week!

I have been coming here for years, and own a condo here actually, but it was too small to fit all of us for this trip. We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful house! It had every amenity we could want, and the views of the gorgeous beach are amazing! The bedrooms were all appointed beautifully as well as the rest of the house. I would very happily rent there again.

They are people of promises made and promises KEPT.Their professionalism and attention to detail we have not found on Hilton Head, and we have rented many beautiful beachfront homes. 23 South Beach is not new, but well updated and well kept.This was the best 12 days vacation we have had in Hilton Head over the last 15 years on the beach. Keep up the good work!

The pool and spa lights were not operational for swimming at night. Also, the last day and a half there was no heat for the pool No internet available downstairs made it difficult to be outside without to use laptops. Probably would not rent again.

Most Impressive

Really not much to say other than we would love to come back, the house was spotless with all amenities and appliances anyone would need or expect. The pool is beautiful, there are loads of beach chairs and everything was top notch.
