Hilton Head Beauty

My family and I had an awesome week in Hilton Head. This house was everything we had hoped for. Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Close to beach and after that pool was resort like . Highly recommend this property !!!!

Beautiful home- pool problems(just like the other posts)

First I want to say, this home is beautiful. It’s in a great location, it’s updated in every way and was a pleasure to stay in. I chose this house for several reasons. My father is handicapped and we needed a master on the first floor with a shower that was easy enough to get into. Secondly, because I have kids and they wanted to swim so bad, and we are from New York. I paid to have the pool and spa heated in advance. I saw all the other listings state pool problems, so I reached out the day before we arrived and asked for them to check and make sure the pool will be heated. We especially wanted it for the second day we would be there which was to be the warmest day(we stayed in November). Low and behold, we arrived- no heat, and nothing working. I spent the first two days in the phone back and forth desperately trying to get it resolved the pool needed new pumps, and the spa was never checked and the remote wasn’t working. By the end of day 2 after dinner, everything was finally working. But, we missed our warmest day, and I felt bad for my kids. We used the pool and spa the last days and enjoyed them but I don’t understand why Beach Properties of HHI and the pool company can’t figure this out. When you call the pool company out, please tell the company to actually check that everything works, don’t just turn it on and walk away.

Hilton Head getaway

House is pretty much as advertised - a bit dated in style but everything worked as it should. Hot tub did not work when we got there but was fixed very quickly. One bedroom/bathroom is over the garage - which is great if you have someone with an infant and they need separate space - there is even a porta crib in the house

Girlfriend getaway

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was nicely stocked with things we needed. The heated pool and hot tub was so wonderful to have It wasn’t heated and working properly on our day of arrival but pool company was sent out promptly to fix it on day 2 I know we will be interested in renting this property in the future

Cute House, Beautiful Backyard

This was a great 4 BR rental with a beautiful backyard. The landscaping was stunning, pool was nice, and there were actually plenty of lounges, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and a great table! The BR situation was good too, loved the upstairs master. And I have to say that Beach Properties was wonderful, they helped us to get another PD pass on a Sunday at a moments notice. We will definitely rent from them again!!

Fabulous

The property was absolutely beautiful. The back patio, pool and spa were great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy. Great TVs and Wifi connectivity. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and then some. Even extra details like some games, puzzles, hangers in the closets, and laundry baskets were nice adds to have. Location was great; grocery right across the street. Easy walk to the beach and the bike rentals were a great bonus. The bike paths and lagoons inside Palmetto Dunes are great. My family and I so enjoyed our week and were sad to leave.

Great times in Hilton Head

Property was gorgeous. Few hiccups in the beginning with the spa and pool. Not sure why the pool was not checked for function before arrival. It was also very and I mean VERY dirty. I had to skim it for over an hour on arrival. Pool should have been vacuumed prior to arrival as trying to skim off the bottom is really hard. Overall great property and had a wonderful time.

Property very nice but pool not heated as requested and paid for

Overall the property was as expected, except that we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated which was not taken care of upon our arrival. We called and they sent someone but missed two days of use, and then the chemicals were off so we could not use it our last day either. Three of our six days we did not have use of the pool and hot tub and have had no response from the management company for reimbursement for those days. It’s unfortunate because the house is very nice.

Beautiful home in great location

This is an absolutely gorgeous property in a great location. The pool is larger than most and the beach is a short walk/ride away. The owners have done a fabulous job with the updates and decor. However, we were unable to check-in at 4:00 as stated due to the fact that the cleaning crew hadn’t arrived to clean the property until just before 4:00. They left in a little over an hour so there is no way they were able to clean/sanitize the entire home in an hour which is unacceptable especially now with the Covid pandemic. The crew consisted of 3 women and what looked like a 12 year old child. None of them were wearing masks. One of the TV’s was broken and we were told by the property manager that it would need to be replaced, but that never occurred either. Furthermore, this home sleeps 8, not 10 as stated in the listing. There is no sleeper sofa in the family room. Luckily, we had brought two air mattresses that we ended up needing to use. Ultimately, we had a fabulous time and would consider staying in this property again as it is truly beautiful.

Palmetto Dunes 2020 Vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation at 16 Heath on Hilton Head Island! The property was beautiful, clean and plenty of amenities. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation home and we will be back!

Didn't Want To Go!

Amazing property even better than advertised. Great floor plan, incredibly beautiful patio/pool, easy walk to the beach, and very close to all of the outstanding amenities HHI has to offer. I've been going to Hilton Head for more than 20 years and this was our best experience largely due to the private amenities of this property. We also have a special needs daughter and this property would be perfect for her. We hope to return to this property soon.
