The property was clean, spacious, easily accommodated our group of eight, pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard was great for hanging after golf.

Family vacation

Location was amazing - we loved how the beach was so open every day - so much space to spread out House was beautiful and pool was amazing. Enjoyed watching the baby gator in the lagoon! Primary bedroom is huge along with bathroom. We had a great time!

Great location / Cleaning and Appliance Issues

I was really excited about this property and looking for a regular house in Sea Pines for myself and family. Overall, I am giving this property a 3. I really thought about it and wish it could have been higher because the proprty is in a great location. Great beach access 2 minute walk across the street via path. The house itself is really nice, excellent rooms and decor. Pool was great size with beautiful landscaping, all accurate to pictures and past reviews. The issues, which I reported to property management company- they were very nice and listened to all my concerns. I am pointing out concerns that were also noted from past reviews that still exists. This was troubling to me that they were not fixed which heavily influenced my 3 stars. Appliances- Icemaker does not fully work it generated a very small amount of ice. Second oven was not working properly. Kitchen fridge is way too small for amount of bedrooms and people, garage second fridge had defrosted and was dirty and old. Garage was filthy- floors, games and smelled like someone let their dog stay out there....I highly recommend a good cleaning and sanitizing since no pets was advertised and folks may have allergies. It was bad. Pool chairs were dirty need a good cleaning or replacement. Grill itself was clean but area around grill to include where pool floats are located needs a good power washing. Green mold and dirt everywhere, definitely needs attention. For folks reading this review, i am not one of those picky guest or hard reviewer. This is the lowest rating I have ever given on VRBO. I paid alot to stay in this house and was deeply disappointed due to condition issues. To property management company, just fix these cleaning and appliance issues folks deserve a beautiful and clean space to relax with friends and family.

Great Property for Families

We stayed in this wonderful for a week with 3 families (6 adults, 7 children) and had the best time! Able to comfortably accommodate all of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids had a blast staying in the bunk room with the attached game room. A quick (3 minute or less) walk to a beautiful quiet beach and close to so many things Sea Pines has to offer via bike or car. Would definitely go back and stay in this property. Our only negatives for the house that come to mind were the ovens slow to work (and really only one of the 2 works), the ice machine didn't really make ice and just having clearer directions on using the hot tub. Other then that we had absolutely no complaints!

Best family vacation

Very easy.. easy payments-easy check in We had some trouble with the front door lock code. We made a quick call to the management and they got us in via internet and we were in in less than a minute. Sent us a new code. No problem!! Management also contacted us several times during our visit to make sure everything was OK. This is a beautiful property. The whole family loved it and each of them said this is the best family get together ever! The layout of the house is wonderful . There is enough room for everyone to spread out and have private time and plenty of room for get together time. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds. Short walk to beach via a lovely walkway... Swimming pool was great! Kitchen was open to one of the living rooms so we did not feel separated. Loved everything about this beautiful home...THANK YOU

Beautiful Location, fantastic house!

We had one of our favorite vacations ever staying at this property. The house set up was great, it was a super close walk to the beach, they went above and beyond in many ways, such as having a stand alone ice maker, providing AMPLE towels for everyone, leaving laundry detergent and dishwasher pods for us etc. I would happily stay at this property again!

Beautiful house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very nice, clean, and well laid out for a large family group. The pool and backyard are beautiful and the beach is just a short walk away. It was the perfect location for an extended family getaway this year!

Wonderful family vacation

We so enjoyed our stay at 14 S Beach Lane. Ages 1 to 91 and up to 12 people at a time, it was truly an amazing family vacation during this crazy Covid19 time. The house was clean, had everything we needed plus some and had plenty of room for everyone. Pool was great and beach was just a short walk. I would totally recommend!

Great mother/daughter trip

We had eight high school senior girls and their moms celebrating their impending graduation. This house was great. Sea Pines is a beautiful neighborhood and the house is a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The house has two large living areas perfect for a large group, and the bunk room with the attached garage/ping-pong room was great for them. Perhaps the best feature of the house is the pool, which is in a lovely setting on a lagoon and is sunny all day. Our only issue, which was kind of a big one, was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The management company was responsive and sent a repairman, but he was completely inept and it took two more repairmen and two more days to get it working. They did give us some money back which took some of the sting away. Assuming they get the a/c issues figured out permanently, I would definitely rent this home again.

GREAT DESIGN!!!!! and location :)

The pool has great sun nearly all day. The walk to the beach is just a 2 or 3 minute walk. The home is clean and has plenty of restrooms. The kitchen has a perfect view into the family room giving it the perfect location for the entire family to sit and talk, watch tv, eat, see the pool, etc.
