This house absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and so large that it never felt like our family was on top of one another, and yet could still all sit together for meals, movies, etc. Joanna was so responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. We had no issues while we were here which made for a very relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!We had an excellent experience at this home during Thanksgiving week. The layout is incredibly spacious with large rooms, two comfortable family areas, and a dining spaces with tons of seating for everyone. The kitchen is big and well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a group.Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room—it was a huge hit and gave them their own fun space to hang out. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the lagoon, which made for a peaceful backdrop and some really fun fishing right off the property.Communication with the owner was exceptional as well—quick, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for space, comfort, and a great Hilton Head location!

This was the second time we stayed at this house & we would go again!The location within Palmetto Dunes is perfect with easy beach access & beautiful views of the Lagoon & golf holes of the Robert Trent Jones course. Many houses have a view of another backyard - but not this one! We had our whole family here ages 77 all the way down to 3 and everyone had a blast. The kids (big & small) loved the lagoon fishing & caught something almost every time they were out! The house is well stocked with beach chairs, canoe, kayak, beach toys, etc. This is a beautiful property & would highly recommend it!

This was our second year staying at this awesome house. It is the perfect vacation home for our family - clean, spacious, beautiful furnishings, well equipped and we love the location. Our grandson is 4 and the bunk room was a big hit!

We loved our stay. It was our second time staying at this place and find it to be the perfect location if not able to be on the beach, it’s very close. The grandkids loved fishing from the dock, canoeing, kayaking, and the pool. Upstairs pool table and games were a hit with them also.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Every guest in our group was thrilled with the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements were perfect — the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the adults appreciated the spacious bedrooms with stunning views of the pool and lagoon.The kitchen had everything we needed and more/ We cooked most of our meals there and had plenty of space to prep and serve. The breakfast nook table was a bonus. We covered it with brown paper for the kids to do arts and crafts and even used it for a fun seafood boil night.The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky enough to see an eagle land in the backyard! The pool was a hit with all ages, and while we didn’t see any alligators this time, we enjoyed the serene views.The beach was just as amazing as always, and while the walk wasn’t too bad, we were glad to have a wagon for the little ones. We also enjoyed using the canoe (even though the fish weren't biting), and our oldest grandson proudly caught a crab off the dock.We did most of our meals at home, but the nearby lunch spots were convenient and tasty.All in all, an incredible stay. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Beautiful home that’s bigger than seems in pictures. Pool is perfect for volleyball-complete with net. Plenty of room for whole family and 10-15min walk to beach. Beautiful view of golf course over the water off the back of house.Highly recommend.

Bella Vista House

This house is amazing!!! The hostess was always quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with. We have been coming here annually for the past 7 years and this year was by far our best stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great spacious house - more than enough!

Wonderful view of lagoon while you sit by the pool. We barely made it to the beach one time. The pool setting made it unnecessary. The rooms were spacious with lots of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed from pots and pans to colanders and cooking tools. Hardwood floors showed some wear in the kitchen but it did not affect our stay. We loved the very large 10 seat dining table and the covered patio and chairs. The pool had more than enough pool toys We would stay here again.

Spring Break

The property and home is beautiful!! Well equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. The view from the rooms is peaceful and full of nature. The pool was perfect to keep the kids occupied. Our host was quick to respond to all concerns. We would love to visit again!!

Fabulous Experience!

We hadn't been to Hilton Head before & this was the perfect spot for us! The house location in Palmetto Dunes was amazing, privacy but also a quick walk or bike ride to anywhere you'd want to go. The setting on the lagoon and the golf course was so nice - we had multiple fishermen with us & they loved the kayaks provided to catch Redfish, Crabs, Drumfish & many others. The house was clean & just as advertised - very well stocked as well from the kitchen to beach gear. We very much enjoyed this spot & plan to return!

Great location

Great vacation property. Here during the Hurricane and the game room kept us entertained. Plus watching the rain. Our son had a heart attack and the life squad was there within 2 minutes of us calling, straight to Hilton Head Hospital and to the cath lab, they were able to do a stent and save his life. So, we cannot say enough about a great/ not great vacation. Only in the pool one day, and most of us saw the beach once. Not typical of our vacations but a blessed one. Cannot say enough about the location, owner or palmetto dunes.

Bella Vista

Bella Vista is all that and more! We had an awesome week enjoying this beautiful home! It was well-equipped, spacious, clean, beautiful view, nicely decorated, comfortable and so many extras. Whenever we went on an outing, our three year old grandson kept saying he wanted to go back to the hotel. This is the perfect vacation home!

Family Vacation - 10 people

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years and this was our favorite house we have stayed in. Great set up for families, the pool was a fun hang out spot, the canoe was a bonus. Pickle ball center and morning round robbbins also were great for different levels of players. Easy bike ride to beach. Great house and spectacular host. We will be back to BellaVista.

Fantastic place to stay

We had 13 people in our family group and the place was very spacious. Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking for large groups. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and we really enjoyed it. Owner was in constant contact with us about any concerns. I would definitely recommend this home

Family Fun

We have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes on HHI for 30 years with our growing family. This house was beautiful and wonderful for our crew. We had plenty of space to spread out. It was great to have dinner together at the long table. Everyone loved the pool, fishing and just relaxing in the backyard. We played games in the evening with lots of laughter. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. One bedroom did not have bathroom so had to share a bathroom. The upper level had a nice porch for some of the kids to work. We would stay there again. Our kids loved being together since we are now scattered all over the US.
