When we arrived, we smiled. A clean and well-appointed villa, in a beautiful setting. We were happy to spend restful time in a great location, and to have the availability of a thoughtful host. We loved being here. We look forward to coming again.

Our host was very communicative and did all she could to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The unit was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could want. The unit is in a great location with easy access to Harbourtown, the beach, a gym and several great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the golfers go through from the comfort of the screened in porch. Loved our stay!

Check in was so simple and the unit was in terrific condition, clean and orderly. It was convenient to have a full kitchen and not 1, but 2 different coffee makers. Loved having use of a washer and dryer; bringing home clean clothes was a treat! A lot of thought went into preparing this unit with specific instructions for electric appliances, television, etc. The bed in the master was comfortable and the property was quiet. We would love to return here and had a fantastic visit.

Vacation from cooler weather up north

Location was ideal. Facility was clean and well supplied with every day needs. We have always enjoyed Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines. We have been there numerous times during the Heritage Classic Golf tournament and have attended several times.We would have loved seeing some golf players (not the pros) but the course was closed the entire week we were there. Perfect spot and a great facility.

Wonderful stay

This villa was in a fabulous location and was very clean. Janet was extremely responsive in getting back to us when a couple of issues arose snd were taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet and beautiful view of the Harbour Town Golf course.

Great Heritage Location

Had a wonderful week. The Heritage PGA Tour event was that week and we were right in the middle of it. The owner was fantastic all the way throughout the process. Will absolutely stay again. One negative: If you’re there during the Heritage and like to rent/ride bikes, just know you can’t go in/out of the neighborhood while the golf is playing. Other than that very minor issue it was perfect.

Marvelous

The property owner was awesome. Her property on Harbor Town Golf Links was wonderful and perfect location in Sea Pines. We had plenty of restaurants and bike paths to enjoy. Me and my 16 year old enjoyed playing a couple rounds of golf and the 11 year old joined us for some amazing deep sea fishing. I would recommend highly this two bedroom condo for anyone thinking about going to Hilton Head. She made sure our stay was perfect and I can’t think her enough. Definitely would stay there again. Convenient and clean

The villa has a golf course right out the back door. There is a beautiful screened in porch to sit at and enjoy the evening and we even saw some deer. It has ceiling fans throughout to help keep that villa cool. The host was very prompt in answering any and all questions. It is close to the attractions in Sea Pines. The trolley was very convenient for when the other adult had the vehicle. I would rent this villa again.

Wonderful time at Sea Pines!

Our family of four had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head and enjoyed all of the amenities offered in Sea Pines Resort. Janet was so accommodating and helpful with recommendations for our stay, and the property was exactly as described. The location is ideal being on the Harbour Town Golf course as well as very close to the Sea Pines Shops and Beach club. The villa was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be coming back here in the not too distant future!

Perfect location

Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janet's villa in Sea Pines. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The king bed was a dream and the kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. There were instructions on everything in the villa and Janet promptly answered any questions making it a 'no hassle' vacation. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Janet, for sharing your home.

A great place to stay

Janet, the owner, quickly responded to our initial booking on VRBO. She made herself available before and during our stay: answering questions, making suggestions, and generally doing all she could to make sure that we enjoyed our time in her condo, even answering questions that she had already addressed in the informative packet that she sent! The condo is located in a lovely area of Sea Pines within easy walking, or bike riding, distance to Harbour Town. It was well stocked with anything that we could have needed. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to rent from Janet again.

Great Villa and Location

Owner provided everything we could possibly need for the week. Was exactly as described. Especially enjoyed the screen lanai and two full size couches. Great location - walking distance to Harbour Town. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again. And thank you for the great snacks!

Wonderful vacation in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded immediately if I had any questions. The views are fabulous and the villa was immaculately clean. We will definitely stay again.

Location Location Location

Our first time in Hilton head, this was a great property to rent. Walking distance to Harbor Town and more. Take the trolley to the beach. Walk or take a short drive to several good restaurants. Sea Pines is a beautiful part of the island. Janet was very attentive and efficient.

Sea Pines Villa

As with all older properties there is maintenance needed. Overall the unit inside was clean and has all you need. Furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The bathtub in the second BR needs a lot of attention and the exterior does as well. We struggled a bit to get our bearings as we had not been in this part of Sea Pines before. I’m not sure what the owner could do about that and once we sorted out where things were it is close to the beach and restaurants, especially Harbor Town.
