Our family has visited HHI many times with several stays at properties within this community and always had great experiences. We arrived to our check in with significant water in the garage and the wood stairs leading from main to second floor significantly warped. A few days went by before we discovered the pool system pump was the source of water. We were unable to use the pool for a portion of our stay while being repaired. The warped wood stairs were a hazard for tripping and bare feet. I had to request for the rental company to come out and cover the split wood with tape. Light bulbs out, shade did not work in the primary bedroom. It was a hassle during our vacation to address the issues.

A truly beautiful home!! The house was very clean and we utilized all but the king bedroom on the first floor. It’s quite sound proof and didn’t hear what was going on with family and kids above and below us. The second floor master is definitely the main master bedroom due to its size and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Kitchen has a huge fridge and an extra in the garage, plus a mini bar fridge and ice maker in the living room. There is also a 5 gallon water dispenser next to the bar which was WONDERFUL because we went thru four 5 gallon jugs during our stay. We were able to fill up the jugs at Kroger for like 2.50! I will say the pool was very nice, but much smaller than I had imagined it. It worked great for us, but there’s no way you would be able to have several kids in the pool playing games or anything. I’d recommend bringing a couple dish towels because there weren’t any. Gas grill works great. We did not utilize the elevator, so I don’t have any info on that. Instructions said not to turn the thermostat below 70, so we didn’t, but sometimes it did get a little warm (we keep our house at 65 year round).

70th Birthday Trip

This house was absolutely incredible and stunningly beautiful. The home is beach front, with the right size pool. The decor, modern finishes, room size and bathrooms were a dream. Views were unmatched and the location made commutes to coffee shops, restaurants, activities and beyond effortless. We are all in awe of the experience we had, and cannot wait to stay again.

Great family stay

We were right on the beach. Could put up our beach tents and leave them, able to see the family on the beach from the house! Master closet areas could hold pack n plays for our 2 babies. Our 4 older granddaughters loved the bunk room. We had everything we needed for 9 adults and 6 kids.

Amazing vacation

The property and its location was absolutely perfect! The house exceeded our expectations - clean, beautifully designed and decorated, with stunning views! My wheelchair-bound sister was able to use the elevator and for the first time enjoy the whole vacation house and not just be stuck on the first floor (she called dibs on the room on the highest floor, naturally). I loved my morning runs on the beach that is right outside the house and goes for miles! Thank you for making our first trip to Hilton Head so enjoyable and for your hospitality!! We cannot wait to be back!

Hilton head 2021 family get together

We had a great vacation! The size of the house was perfect! The beach access was exactly what we wanted…. The kitchen was better equipped than described. We over-packed! A little confusion on trash pick up. I think the pool needed a little more attention during our visit. I think we only got a chlorine tablet? But I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing Beach Home

This home is beautifully decorated and a wonderful location steps from the beach. Our family of sixteen (8 adults and 8 "kids" ages 7-20 fit it perfectly. The few minor maintenance problems were taken care of immediately. It was a fun and memorable week!

Beautiful home but not so clean

Upon entering the house the main level was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The sofa and chairs upholstery was soiled, the glass sliding doors were full of hand prints and other smudges, the glass dining table protector was dirty along the underside edge; and the floors were not clean. The wall areas around the switch plates were also dirty. Albeit, the House was tastefully furnished and decorated, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. As a result, I felt somewhat uncomfortable just thinking about what else might not be as clean as it should be. Also, two of our grandchildren ended up with ear infections from the pool water.

Breathtaking sunrises and moonrises greet your mornings and evenings over the ocean's horizon. Beach house is luxuriously clean and calming. So spacious and comfortable. Absolutely relaxing and entertaining cascading your every worry away. The views from every room are captivating.

Fabulous Beachfont House!

We loved everything about 19 Singleton Beach Place! The ocean and marsh views are both spectacular! This was the perfect house for our family.! The decor was fresh, modern and very nicely done. We especially enjoyed the well appointed master suite. The layout of the house was great too. Our children and their families had the third floor for themselves which was ideal. The house was well equipped except for missing towel a few racks in two bathrooms. The only other suggestion is that the grill was rather small for a large home and not working very efficiently. The pool is also small, but was perfect for our grandchildren. We found Singleton Beach to be a wonderful area and a bit removed from the more heavily visited Forest Beach. We enjoyed our week here immensely! The Gordon’s Oak Ridge, TN

Gorgeous home right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 19 Singleton Place in April 2018. The home is immaculately maintained, kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals, lovely furnishings, and a fantastic view! The elevator was very helpful with moving in and moving out, especially for our more elderly couples with bad knees. We did not use the pool, but in warmer weather it would have been great for the kids. We were a group of 13 adults and 3 children under 5 yrs old. Everyone had a place to sleep with private bathrooms. Access to the beach is right out the back door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 19 Singleton Beach Place (I had notified the real estate office about damage to the ceiling from water damage). The house was lovely and comfortable, the beach was glorious, weather was wonderful and Hilton Head is beautiful. I will try to return.

Amazing rental on a superb beach.

Our stay at 19 Singleton Beach exceeded my high expectations. We were at Hilton Head for a family wedding with children ages 6, 5, 4, 2 and 8 adults. The bedroom with bunk beds was a HUGE hit in addition to the luxurious bedrooms and baths. The openness of the kitchen, dining and family room area provided wonderful space for all of us to be together. The pool and proximity of the beach kept us at the house most of the time but restaurants and shopping is very close by. We certainly look forward to repeating this experience next year.

Live Like a Rock Star

This house is incredible. The photos are exactly what you get - luxury. We enjoyed the few days we were in town. The only downfall - NOT the rentals fault - was the beach reconstruction taking place at the time. So the 24 hour shaking and beeping. BUT the property managers were awesome, super helpful and just great folks with all our questions. I'd rent this place again in a heart beat.
