    This charming one-bedroom, one-bath villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. The separate bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas offer a welcoming space for unwinding and entertaining. Additional accommodations include a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and a single bunk bed in the hallway, ideal for a small child.

    Located closer to the ocean end of the building in Seaside II, Seaside 363 boasts spectacular ocean views, enhancing your coastal experience.

    Situated on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is just a short stroll from the vibrant Coligny Plaza. This oceanfront property is approximately 70 yards from the beach, providing you with easy access to sun, sand, and surf!

    Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

    Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Small repairs needed. Amazing location!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Amazing location!!! Didn't care too much for the amenaties of the building, but they looked like well kept in order. There are a few things worth mentioning to improve the place. The master bed has a door stopper that's broken. The fridge makes a rattling noice very frequently, the edges of the small table are loose, the master bed is in pretty bad shape (very big dent in the middle). Besides those small things, the stay has been wonderful.

The property as very clean and well-maintained. The management company was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating at Reilly's, Hinchey's and Brittish Open Pub. the only negative was the property is a bit noisy, due to the fact they are always busy keeping the property so nice lol

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this small, older condo which provided a good ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Hilton Island is a very busy place, but at the condo, we could only hear the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: e stayed here from early Jan to mid-February and loved it. The view is fantastic. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoy staying near Coligny and walking into town and along the beach, and this condo is perfectly located for both. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Too cold for the pool but it looked nice. The sun deck is a nice touch, very relaxing. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from the bad weather in the north. The Vacation Time people are always very nice and helpful.

Superb Location. Great for couple.

We enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. The unit was as described - comfortable for a couple, a terrific beach view and good proximity to Coligny Square. The building is very quiet and the unit has all the essentials (but no wine glasses!). A small problem with the wifi at check in was resolved virtually instantaneously - so full credit to the property managers. Would happily return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice however the service we received from the rental agency was disappointing. Upon leaving, my son realized he'd left a nice pair of polo shorts. I emailed the rental agency twice to request they be sent to us. Neither email was acknowledged. I won't book through them again.
