Wish the property has been properly maintained

We appreciate the location (<5 min walk to the nearby beach and ~10-min walk to the hallmark Coligny Beach) and 1st floor flat (convenience for loading/unloading and aged grandparents).

Great place

This rental was the ideal place for me and my kids. We had a blast. The location was easily accessible to the beach, Coligny, and other places of interest. There is a beach trolley that picked us up at the entrance of the property. They delivered us to the beach, to Coligny, even to Publix if we wanted. We went to the beach several days. We also had some Pool only days. Plenty of seating, clean area and restrooms all only within a short walking distance. The first floor entrance was perfect for me with bad knees. Our view out the back door was of tennis courts. It was just a great place to stay. Great accommodations, clean, and fully stocked kitchen for our dining needs. Thank you for allowing us to rent this unit. We hope to be back around the same time next summer.

Great Stay

Perfect location

We spent a week golfing on Hilton Head Island, hanging on the beach, and enjoying yummy restaurants in the area. This property was conveniently situated, private, quiet, and an easy walk to the beach. We'll be back

The unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. Close to both pools and a short walk to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly taken care of by the staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Lovely place.

Location was just a little too far from beach because our group consisted of women 70 plus in age. It would be ideal for younger group of friends or family to walk half mile to the beach. The place was lovely, one of the nicest we have stayed at in Hilton Head.. Communication between rental company was great. Thank you so much!

Family vacation

My elderly parents stayed at this property so that they could come to Hilton head and be closer to their grandkids who were staying at a Marriott property across the street. Overall, the place was nice. It was spacious, and close to Coligny and amenities. The kitchen is not as well-stocked as we hoped and there’s very little overhead lighting so the place feels a little dark but overall it was a pleasant experience for everyone.

Great space & location

A nice & open space for our family of 6. We didn't feel cramped at all. Loved being able to walk to the beach, stores, & the park! It took about 15-20 minutes to get there, but it was very doable.

Fun time in Hilton Head

RELAXING

The trip was great. The amount of room in the place we stayed was very nice. The beds were comfortable. I did notice a couple of small details that someone may want to know. The front door was difficult to open. The back porch did not have anywhere to sit. There was a settee, but it was broken. The sliding glass door in the the master bedroom does not open. A broom is needed if possible.

Hilton Head, A home to come back to!

Our family has decided that Hilton Head is our place for vacation. We are starting to narrow in on which side of the island we want to return to. Courtside was wonderfully located in a quaint area just off the beach yet close to place we needed to get to. The apartment was great. Lots of touches of home, and the opportunity to place tennis right outside your back door was wonderful. Really enjoyed it.

Spacious but dated

The staff and check in/ out process was a breeze. The condo was very spacious and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. The appliances could be updated. The televisions are small but allowed for easy setup of our firestick. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but whenever we had an issue (small nothing major) maintenance was there and took care of the problem quickly.

Great Location, Great Rate, Needs Some Updates

We were happy overall with our stay. Excellent Booking, Check-in, Communication while there (Hospitality app), and Check-out were super easy. We required a change of sheets on day 2 and they arrived within an hour. Super efficient. The unit itself looks new from the front. The kitchen is small, but nice and has obviously been updated recently (granite counter-tops and nice cabinets). The size of the space was ideal for our needs. The sofa was large and very comfortable. Everything was as clean as could be expected inside. No major problems while we were there. We aren't saying the condo was dirty. It was clean. However, there are some cosmetic things that can and need to be done to make the property more appealing. Both bathrooms are in great need of an update (showers and vanities). The twin bed in the front bedroom is on a very squeaky frame. Both bedrooms are in need of a fresh coat of paint. The front bedroom has water stains on the ceiling which need repair and paint. The second bedroom has a large hole in the wall where cable was sloppily installed. The kitchen needs a draining rack for the sink as well as more kitchen towels and kitchen washcloths. The refrigerator has a loud hum. The bedroom closets need some better quality guest hangers instead of recycled wire hangers. All the wall decor in the condo are extremely outdated and the recliner needs replaced. The greatest need is for a replacement sliding door in the second bedroom to the outdoor space. Plus, the walk-out patio was "junky looking" with a leaky hose and old lumber. Not aesthetically pleasing. While the front of the condo is great, the back needs some work (mostly that eyesore of a sliding door.) Overall the community and property are in a fantastic location within walking distance to the beach and many food and shopping locations. Both community pools were in great shape, which we enjoyed one afternoon. We would recommend this unit in the future for someone looking for "budget friendly" accommodations. However, we likely won't stay here again. We don't mean to sound critical. We had a great vacation. Just making constructive criticism to improve the overall appeal of the property and encourage return guests.
