Great vacation at a lovely location

Nice location and comfortable

Perfect for my family of 5 and the location is very convenient. The wifi was a little spotty at times but worked generally ok. You can rent bikes (fun) and walk and ride on the beach close by. Restaurants and CVS were all generally close. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Okay, but needs some work.

Pros: It’s a nice location and it was quiet and safe feeling. There is a good amount of room in the condo and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. The pool area is also very nice with good landscaping. There are nice TVs in each bedroom and living room. The parking situation was good for us too. Always plenty of spots. Also there are multiple bike racks for if you rent them. Cons: The cleaning was not the best. There was a necklace chain in the floor when we came in, finger prints on the living room tv, the couches look stained and nasty (we never even sat on them because of this). The master door wouldn’t shut at all. There wasn’t good communication on how to leave the rental as far as towels, trash etc. The biggest issue was the bathrooms having black spots on the ceiling and vents (most likely mold which is not good). This is probably due to there being no ventilation fans in the bathrooms. Oh and when we got there the sliding doors in both the living room and master were UNLOCKED. That’s definitely unacceptable to me. This place definitely has potential, and we had a good time while on HHI, but there definitely are some improvements that need to be made.

Overall, the property was good. Master bath had mold on AC vent. Also, the sofa was a little worn out. Everything else was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfy and pool was very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Winter getaway.

Good location to beach, shops, bike trails. Unit well equipped for all cooking needs. 1st floor unit a plus and hard to find. A clean and comfortable property. Would recommend.

Amazing Place to Stay!

I took my 18 year old son and one of his buddies. We had a wonderful time, we just love Hilton Head Island Courtside 10 was amazing. Very clean, everything that we needed to cook, Smart TVs in the rooms as well as living room. 2 beautiful pools to choose from, convenient to so many things. I would Definitely stay here again or encourage others to stay as well. Host was easy to get a hold of and he responded quickly when I had questions.

Hilton Head with Friends

We spent 5 nights at Courtside 10 which was better than advertised. The condo was clean, updated and had plenty of space for 2 couples. It was a perfect location for access to the beach and all the activities we planned. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a good time in Hilton Head!

Loved the location of this condo. Just a short walk to the beach, first floor access, pool was awesome! Loved the bike trails all around. Coligny plaza a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again!

Covid Free Family Vaca

Had not been to HHI since kids were small.. regrouped for a family trip to unwind from Covid mess before busy summer of reunions, sports travel, etc. location was awesome for our teens who loved the beach and coligny. Easy access to food, bikes, pool, shopping, grocery, etc. Kitchen was perfect for eating in and saving a bit on dining out expense. Everything was clean and in good condition - took advantage of the smart TVs and access to Netflix and Amazon prime movies. Check in and out was a breeze.. thanks for a great week. Would def stay at Courtside 10 again!

3 adult females stayed at the property. We felt safe. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Property was close to grocery, beach, shopping and great restaurants. The property was stocked with essential items and non essential. Water pressure was amazing and water was hot. One couch had a lot of debris on the cushions. But that was my only complaint

My family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The property is exactly as listed. With everything on the first floor it was very convenient for two toddlers. So many great memories made after such a crazy year!

3 Day weekend

I traveled from California to visit with a friend who moved to SC last year. Found the property on the internet. It was just as pictured. Very cute, perfect for our stay and walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Would stay again!
