Unbelievable. House was even better than advertised. Home was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was labeled. Pool was just great for the kids and Eileen had it heated. Location in Sea Pines was convenient for everything. Bikes were in good shape. Communication with owner was excellent, check in very easy. Would rent this house again in an instant. Just perfect.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in Sea Pines at this home. The pool area is very private. We chose to have the pool heated during our stay, which worked out great even during some colder weather. The furnishings in the Living Room and Family Room were comfortable and in great condition. There are Smart TVs wherever your family might want to kick back. The neighborhood is quiet, and folks we encountered while out for walks were universally friendly.The walking/biking distance to the beach is quite close, as described, and we enjoyed seeing deer and other wildlife on our walks.Highly recommended!

This home was absolutely perfect. All the amenities we could have needed were there. I have stayed at several VRBOs and this one was my favorite. The pool was awesome and very large. We also loved the bikes and used them daily. All in all a wonderful vacation home.

Ideal home and location

This property was everything we'd hoped it would be and MORE. The home was so clean that it sparkled, the backyard was private and serene, the location was ideal. The kitchen was so well equipped that I could have cooked and served an elaborate holiday meal for 20 without missing anything from home. We enjoyed the pool and the bikes and all the beach accessories not to mention the binder full of ideas that Eileen provides for her guests. She was very responsive to us and so well organized with her instructions about using all the home's amenities. Sea Pines is a lovely resort and this experience was unmatched; we cannot wait to return.

Excellent House and Host!

We've vacationed in HHI for many years and this was by far our best rental experience. This home has literally everything you need for a stay on the island. Very well equipped kitchen...if it's not there you don't need it! Pool and outdoor area is wonderful. Great large Family room. All living areas are roomy and comfortable. Can't say enough about the host Eileen. She's great! We had some challenging weather with tropical storm Debby and Eileen periodically checked in on us to make sure we were fine. Always prompt and easy communication. This made our visit that much better. We would definitely recommend and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing Retreat

A rare find

Easily the best host experience we’ve had. The property is very private and quiet and has everything you would possibly need for a stay in HH. The pool and outdoor are amazing. Loved our time there and would book again without hesitation.

Fantastic house, location, and host

We have been going to Hilton Head for 14 years and I would say this rental was the best experience we had. Location was great, the house was big and beautiful, the pool was awesome and was able to heated, and most importantly, the host was the easiest person we have worked with - flexible, informative, etc.

VERY Nice Vacation Home

This home is in a quiet and private location but still only moments from the ocean, restaurants, stores & and activities. Eileen has everything a guest could want. Kitchen VERY well supplied and pots and pans and essentials were all extra clean and in great shape for the cook in the family (and if she doesn't have it, you don't need it !!). TV's in every room so a family can watch different programs all at the same time, but if the sun is out y'all will most likely be poolside. The house has sleek, modern lines and very clean. Most importantly, Eileen is just a phone call away if a question should arise. She really cares about those of us who have had the opportunity to stay at her home. This house works for a couple as well as a family due to great lay out. I would recommend this home to anyone for a relaxing island stay. Eileen, thank you for all you do! You are the perfect hostess !!!

Amazing vacation awaits!

Eileen has thought of it all. She has this home stocked to the gills. Everything you can think of and more. We just completed our second vacation at her property and once again we left feeling like this may be the best spot in Sea Pines. Open and spacious. Multiple living room spaces. Good size pool. Privacy galore. It’s really a sanctuary and place to enjoy your loved ones and some downtime. Found ourselves coming back after a day at the beach or a night out to dinner to sit around the pool or living room and swim, play games, or simply decompress. Can’t say enough good things about this home or the owner. Thanks again! Can’t wait to return.
