We were new to Hilton Head Island and didn’t know much about it before our trip, but this stay in the Sea Pines resort area was an absolute delight! Sea Pines, as we learned, is a gated community at the south end of the island, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short 10-minute drive once you’re on the island, making it super easy to get to.The house’s location was fantastic, with a path leading right to the beach—just a quick one-block walk, which was perfect for our group. The house itself was a dream. It was immaculately clean, including the outdoor areas, and so well-stocked that we lacked nothing. Unlike some rentals where you’re scrambling for basic kitchen items, this place had plenty of dishware, silverware, glassware, and cooking ware—everything we needed and more.Managed by Coastal Home and Villa, the communication was flawless. They were swift, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. Check-in was a breeze, which set the tone for a stress-free stay. The bike paths throughout Sea Pines were a game-changer, letting us easily explore Shelter Cove, Harbour Town, and Coligny Square without needing to drive everywhere.The pool was perfect for cooling off, and with 12 of us in the house, it felt more than comfortable—plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely return to this gem in Sea Pines. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home

This house beyond amazing, all the little details did not go unnoticed. We arrived between Christmas and New Years and there was a beautiful Christmas tree and decor when we arrived! The location is very close to the beach and we lucked out with warmer weather. In addition, the pool was heated so we got to enjoy that as well. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect week!!!

The house was wonderful. Perfect location, clean, bright and even decorated for the holidays! And the kitchen was amazing. The pool was clean and lovely and the walk to the beach was so close and lovely.

Absolutely Fabulous!

This home is a 10 out of 10! Fabulous house and truly beautiful inside and out! 4th house from beach….beach path is right next to the house…. not even a 5 minute walk from door to ocean. Pool and deck layout great. Very private. Interior renovation is spectacular! Brand new high end kitchen. Two family rooms connected with beautiful and comfortable sofas, chairs, ottomans. Incredible light filled home. 90 + degrees all week and air conditioning worked extremely well. Bedrooms are quiet and beds were super comfy. Highly recommend! A must stay!

Family celebration

The property was awesome. Our 2nd stay at the property. Very clean…..best stocked kitchen ever! Had to call one time and question was answered very quick and they called back to make sure everything was good. Lots of beach chairs and toys available. Bed comfortable. We had 13 family members celebrating our 50 wedding anniversary. Made lots of great memories! Highly recommend

HH Family Vacation

Our family has vacationed in Hilton Head for the past ten years,,This home has a great location close to the Sea Pines gate on quiet cul-de sac. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has plenty of storage. We will definitely return next year.

Thank you for getting a bigger Dinning table. Made a huge difference.

You need to put felt feet on all dinning chair legs. The very heavy wooden chairs are very noisy. They wake everyone up in the morning. And the dishwasher need a servicing. .

Just WOW!

This property was perfect! We have been going to HHI for many years and this place was our favorite! Very clean and very comfortable. The house was nicely equipped with everything you could need. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and close to back gate of sea pines. It is filled with light and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a fantastic pool. Honestly you could not want for more. Will definitely be back!

1st time HHI family vacay

CH&Villa great communication. Upgraded dining table was very nice. Loved the Interior/decor/pool/location are reasons to book. Listing lacked the write up of all the kitchen appliances, trays, Rubbermaid containers. You only need to bring your spices and condiments. There are alot of games to play. Garage was great for storing our Pelican rental bikes. We brought our own basketball, floats, wagon, air pump, chairs but the garage had these items(not in listing) 2 homes being built opposite of dining window & down the street were very loud 8-5pm. Upon arrival gas propane tanks were open, knob was turned and grill brush falling apart. No fans in downstairs bedrooms. It got hot and CH&V took care of grill and brought fan immediately.I hand washed all the dishes covered in syrup in the cabinet. Alerted CH&V of incorrectly assembled bunk ladder & towel racks loose from doors. Really liked the added mini fridge & locker area in the back hallway. Have your bikes delivered and take a 2 hr kayak tour with Kayak Hilton Head 3.8 miles away at Broad Creek Marina. We enjoyed Local Pie, Salty Dog Cafe, Nectar, Charbar. Our college daughters 18 & 19 enjoyed the biking and want to return. Thank you for sharing your home and the attention to detail you’ve put into it since your purchase. My one want would have been a pool railing. Some members of our party had difficulty getting In and out.

Great escape! Pool was terrific and refreshing. Kids had a blast - we went for Spring Break. Weather was cooler but water was heated and comfortable. Location was awesome - few minute walk to the gorgeous beach. House was clean and updated - very comfortable accommodations for our family of 6. Management company was very responsive when we accidentally locked our bedroom door. We would definitely go back. Just one note. For those who have rambunctious little kids who like to climb and jump- one couch is along the wall that opens up to level below. Mine are climbers so I had to remind them not to hang and look over the edge. In all, great stay and great vacation. We rented bikes also and they dropped at the house. Highly recommend. We took lots of bike rides on the beach and paths. Looking forward to a return.

Wonderful House and Location

This home is newly renovated and is fantastic. The home has a great open feel with high ceilings. We had 6 adults and 3 children in the house and there was plenty of room. What makes this home great is the access to the beach path. It runs next to the home. I have been going to HH my whole life and have rented a lot of homes that are 3rd or 4th row and never had a path as nice as this. The home is in a great spot in Sea Pines, close to the Ocean gate. Beach is perfect and uncrowded. Thanks for a great vacation.
