The condo was fine and clean. No shampoo or toiletries except soap. No salt/pepper for cooking or much else as far as oils or seasonings. We were there in February so the pools were really not usable. Pickleball facilities are at the golf course, not the Westin property. We ended up not going to the Westin at all, seemed a little far away to enjoy. The 'free' golf still cost 90 for a round because of the cart fee which seemed very high and the course at Robber Baron was not as nice as I expected for Hilton Head. No water on the course except at bathrooms, no course map or signage for yardages. Kind of rudimentary.

General Maintenance Issues

1. There was a shattered window in the guest room 2. A broken deck chair 3. light bulbs were out 4. Reported the problems & did not receive a reply 5. General maintenance on the exterior stairs

A little but of everything!

Amazing space and incredible amenities. Having access to the westin, tennis, pickleball and golf was incredible. We were worried that it would be weird staying in a townhouse but going to the westin. It was the opposite. They had shuttles all over, easy access to tennis and golf. We played tennis or pickleball everyday. Beach abd pools were perfect and not overcrowded. The townhouse was huge. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very large. Tvs in every room. We loved it and will be recommending to family and friends.

Westin Hospitality

Very spacious getaway. Private yet still close to all facilities. Wonderful to have an open invite to the Westin facilities. They were very friendly and helpful to all visitors. We used the Golf for 4 of our days there. Pickleball was next but we ran out of time.

We had our kids/spouses and all of our grandchildren for a week and had a wonderful time!! We spent a lot of our time at the Westin and on the beach! Bike riding and golf were a hit with the entire family!! Great memories were made

Favorite area to stay

Love the Ocean Palms property! It is such a peaceful area of the island. The units are nice and big and have views of inland water sources where we can watch the wildlife. Turtles, alligators and cool birds are fun to watch. We like staying here because it’s a short walk to the beach (at the Westin). It’s our go to place to stay in Hilton Head.

Perfect tennis holiday!

Loved the comfortable unit which allowed us to use the Westin facilities and Port Royal Golf and Racquet club. The clinics and pros there were top notch. The only negative we had of our stay was that the deck is attached to the opposite unit, with a privacy panel, and the people on the other side were loud when they were out on it and smoked cigars, which meant we didn't use the deck. Also, the service cleaning fee was extra when we left, which we thought was included in the rental. That was a bit of a surprise...

Great Location at Ocean Palms

This is a great property with plenty of room for your whole family. We love the bedrooms upstairs, they are super quite and away from the rest of the house. This condo is a close walk to the pool and being able to take the shuttle to the Westin is another great perk. Forrest was great to work with! He was super responsive and took care of all questions or concerns we had. I would absolutely stay in his condo again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a larger condo in Hilton Head, at a great price!

A very enjoyable stay....

The property was very clean and in good working order. Bed and other furniture was in good shape and comfy. Even the ice maker was working which is often not true. The kitchen dishes and cookware were well thought out and supported us being able to cook dinners with fresh local seafood. The relationship with the Westin is an added benefit. My husband really enjoyed biking over to the Westin. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool area. We played each of the golf courses that are included with the rental and all were challenging in their own way and were in good shape and fun to play. My only complaint is that the cart fees are too high but that is not your issue (but would be good to give the feedback to the Westin). The location is excellent and we highly recommend the weekly bike rental as the area is very conducive to biking around. We will strongly consider a return to this rental in future years.

Great large condo in Ocean Palms!

Large and very clean 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in Ocean Palms. Second and third floor, awesome location and views of the Lagoon. Owner was very easy to message and responded quickly. Our only issue was with spotty Wi-Fi and inaccurate TV listing. Would definitely stay here again.
