Family beach trip

Perfect location to take little ones to the beach-just a short walk in a private area. The house had everything we could possibly want. The was a 4 generation time and we all loved it.

Wonderful vacation home

Wow. This home was just what we wanted. Perfect location just steps from beach walk, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the pool was just perfect for a dip for any age! The bikes and beach wagon were a perfect added bonus! Very spacious! When AC went on blink the repairmen came right over!

GCC Family vacation

Was a beautiful home and a great, close location to the beach. Overall, the amenities were much better than most locations we’ve stayed in over the years. The wagon to cart things to beach was so helpful. Would be nice to have a few beach chairs because family members flying in wouldn’t have to buy and leave behind. Kitchen items were excellent but we could not find a cutting board. There was enough of everything for everyone in family - silver wear, glasses, etc. The “Dyson” or whatever brand it was that hung on the wall in laundry room, didn’t work, and we couldn’t find a broom. We used the hideaway bed but couldn’t locate the sheets for it. Having the Laundry room was appreciated. The drawer was “temperamental “ to get started. You had to push the button a certain way and hold, hold, hold. Took us awhile, but we did finally figure out the TV and all the remotes in the main living area. The instructions provided led you through Roku. The bag of Legos discovered was enjoyed by grandsons. Foosball and ping pong table were enjoyed. Pool always a hit. Upstairs in the hallway, the “owner’s closet” was unlocked. I’ve not run across that before. All of their personal items were “just there”…. Vacation Company response to our questions while there.

Convenient, well stocked, well run, plenty of space

The company that runs our Vrbo was very attentive and gave us lots of info both before and after we arrived. Our Vrbo was very clean and well stocked, spacious and just a short walk to the beach.

We loved the location and close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our family of ten who were there. Bright and cheerful, comfortable beds and seating, and well appointed. Everything we could have hoped for!

Christmas in 3 Bayberry Lande

This house was great for my family at Christmas. The layout and proximity to the beach were great. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was stocked pretty well for holiday cooking. We'd definitely like to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outdoor space and pool.

Lovely home, very family friendly

12 of us stayed here for Thanksgiving week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We heated the pool and spa and the kids swam every day! Easy location, plenty of room for everyone and we loved the gaming table and space under the home.

Just as described!

Excellent property for large family gathering located very conveniently steps from the beach and a quick drive/walk/bike to Coligny Beach shopping and restaurants. The elevator was perfect for my elderly aunt who cannot navigate stairs. My only complaint was that I paid to have the pool and spa heated but they weren’t cleaned until Saturday afternoon when we left on Sunday. So we never got to use them! Otherwise everything was just as described or better. Will definitely consider renting again if with a group!

September Get Away

We arrived on Friday and departed the following Wednesday. The house was a great place with more amenities than most. It was outfitted with everything we needed. The night before we arrived there was a lighting event which took out the Spectrum internet. The Vacation Company management came out and got the TV going and provided a hot spot for us to work with. We appreciated their rapid response to the situation. Spectrum did not show up to correct things until the day we departed. Not the Vacation Management fault though. We are looking forward to our next visit to Hilton Head.

Friends Getaway

Came to Hilton Head with a group of friends and our kids. The house didn’t disappoint it had everything we needed. Location made it easy to get to golfing for the guys, spa for the girls and activities for the kids. House was very clean when we arrived and the layout fit our group perfectly. Would definitely consider coming back to this house.

Wonderful home for a family trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at HH, in large part due the quality of the property. It was clean and well appointed with everything that we needed for children and adults. We would eagerly consider renting this property again!

The home was perfect for the three generations of our family. Great location, fantastic beach.

The property was good for a large group with large living, dining area and kitchen on main floor along with master bedroom and four other bedrooms upstairs. A bath for each bedroom was a nice feature. The kids loved the pool and hot-tub. There is a problem with the thermostat on the hot tub. The water got too hot at times. That is the only issue we encountered.

Great house. Great stay.

It's a beautiful, Great place to stay. The only issue was that we paid to heat the hot tub and pool. Despite using the controls to both lower the temperature and even turn it off, the pool was well over 100 degrees. It made it al.ost impossible to use. As we paid around 400 dollars to have use of it, that was a bummer. But everything else was awesome.

Great location, large house

The Vacation Company, who represents (rents) the house was excellent. My mother-in-law fell when the front stairs bannister gave way. TVC had someone there in minutes to fix it and the railing on another stairway. I guess you could say there's some deferred maintenance on this house. TVC provides shampoo, laundry and dishwasher pods, and other amenities which really helps. The house is spacious, the large TV is awesome, and the beds were perfect. Everyone slept very well. The yard isn't well maintained so you may need to have the kiddies mind the poison ivy in the backyard. There's a gas grill out back which is great for burgers or steak. Just remember the matches as the igniter doesn't work. The hang-out under the house is cool! If the TV worked I would have given it 5 stars. Also, the ping ball balls are mostly cracked or broken so bring your own. There are two firdges and ice makers, which is perfect when you have a lot of adults on the trip. Trust me. Lots of closet space, bathrooms are great! The location is excellent. Only a short walk to the beach. Worth it. You're really close to Coligny Beach where there are restaurants, shops and "The Pig". There are so many bike paths by the house. You can get to Coligny Beach within a few minutes on a safe, shaded trail. Perfect ride for a family breakfast! I suggest taking a ride on the beach early in the morning. It's a great experience.
