Beautiful property with easy access to beach, pool, and hot tub. General store on property fully stocked with needed items and snacks. We rode bikes to coligny on beach in less than 10 minutes. Loved it !!

Great Property in a Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay at 201 Windsor Place. The condo is super nice and is in a wonderful location. We loved the access to the beach, two pools, and hot tub. We also really enjoyed riding our bikes all over the island. Our communication with the Property Manager was exceptional. Our stay couldn't have been better!!! 5 stars across the board!

Perfect late summer vacation....and now its over until next year..:(

We had a wonderful time at Windsor Place. Close to the pool, beach, hot tub and parking. This condo had a very nice view off the balcony with a decent view of the ocean. Nicely shaded in the morning and afternoon. We would definitely stay here again next year.

Great condo and location!

Windsor Place is a great location and this condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was well maintained, clean, and provided a good space for 4 adults. We spent lots of time on bike rides, at the beach, and enjoyed the pools at the complex. Definitely recommend!

Best Rental Ever

We have stayed in the PD/SC neighborhoods for years. This rental is the best we've stayed in so far. Light and bright. The unit needs a lot of upgrading, but that did not bother us. Great access to pool and beach. Becky, our rental liaison, was EXCELLENT. She dealt with any issues/questions tight away.

Deep clean or face lift needed.

The condo is decorated nicely and the furnishings are as stated. The cleanliness was of the bathrooms and shower fixtures was less than desirable. The sink fixtures and bathroom shower heads were covered in soap scum. While we received emails to let them know if things were not up to standards, these are things that do not happen overnight or shouldn’t have been let go. The water pressure is extremely low. The dishwasher is rusted out on both top and bottom trays. The bottom tray doesn’t roll out anymore. While the dishwasher works, it could be replaced. The wood flooring is sinking in spots and the carpet is older. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are older and cracked. It is obvious that they have bandaided problems over time and bandaids will only fix so much. When we arrived the check in gate only had 1 pass for us, while we should have been left two passes since it is a two bedroom condo. We called to request a second pass and were told to ask for a day pass, they were not in the office and didn’t know if they would be able to request one right away. If you are familiar with Palmetto Dunes, renters can not request a day pass on behalf of a rental agency. Fortunately we were able to get a second pass quickly but it is unclear why we were given a number to call that wasn’t sure if they would able to help us while out of the office. Luxury Rentals may need to evaluate customer service training. Many of these things are things that my family would over look however all of them together just was too much.

Nice and comfortable condo

We really had a great time. The condo was very comfortable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in the area. Great beach although there were shark sightings in the area. Becky was very responsive to any of our needs.

Needs updating!

Have stayed at Windsor place before. Great location on beach and great pool area. This unit needs a thorough cleaning. Thick layer of dusts on indoor fake plants. Just get rid of them. Time for updating: - carpet in main room was disgusting. Needs replaced - Disposal doesn’t grind food. Needs repaired or replaced. Had fruit flies because of it. - Ripped/peeling leather chairs at dining table - Cabinet door coatings peeling/cracking off - Bathroom showers need updating. New shower heads desperately needed. - Master bathroom main light buzzes and annoying to keep it on. - Couches in living room uncomfortable and overdue for upgrade. Would recommend consider other units to rent.

Short vacation with daughter & fiance'

Love the location and this property. Maintenance was quick to remove the noisy fan and replace with a box fan. I do believe it is time all the fans have a little attention, along with replacing light bulbs, we replaced 3; porch still needs replacing. Also it would be very nice to perhaps have beach furniture. If you are flying it becomes quite expensive to rent each day. We bought beach chairs and left for next renters.

Great vacation

Property is in a fabulous location. Property was very clean and well furnished. Window treatments need to be repaired. Carpet is just a little tired. It would be nice to have accessible electric outlets at the bedside. Minor issues. Overall an excellent property.

Relaxing Getaway

Just what we were looking for

Excellent location, easy walk to pool and beach. Mid island, so close to everything. Beautiful gated community. Unit is nicer than in pictures and was ready prior to 4:00 check-in. Becky was always very quick to respond to any text. Rent bicycles...you won’t regret it. We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely return to 201 Windsor Place.
