Brandon was very responsive to my emails and went above and beyond to making our stay enjoyable..giving me recommendations for a boat rental and guides for fishing. If the pictures of the mobile home had been updated and reflective of the age and condition of the property, I would have given it 5 stars. It was much older and "tired" than the pictures reflective. "Had a little issue with not getting code to get in when address was sent over. Otherwise was a nice place to stay for a week of fishing. Had outsise receptacle for smoker/boat and the other essentials for our stay. Was able to pull through with boat. Nice size TV and AC blows ice cubes!"

"We stayed here for my first time in TN when visiting for a friends wedding. When I walked in and the floor creaked I looked down to see the most beautiful refinished wood planks that are identical to the ones in the old Rexall Drugstore my grandparents owned when I was little. It brought tears to my eyes. The place is perfect. It is like I was keeping a second home somewhere that I go to. Everything I could need was there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. A great mexican food restaurant...

"They must upgrade the key card system. One has to struggle with the door, go back to the front, finally, leave the door unlocked while away as the cards don’t work. It is unsafe. They were friendly and helpful but everyone fought to get the doors open. "
