"Our family take two mini vacations a year. This time we decided to do a non-tourist, non event kind of vacation. This property was perfect. The home was very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the host's personal art, which could be seen in every room. The layout of the home and the outside lent itself to a "stay home" kind of vacation, yet when someone needed space there was somewhere, inside or outside to go. "This property was the best equipped location I have ever seen. The kids and younger adults enjoyed the kayaks and all of us enjoyed the cornhole. My granddaughter caught three catfish, one flounder, and two turtles. She was thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone with kids or are kids at heart. Personally, the desk became my favorite spot with a book"

"I cannot begin to put into words what a special time we had at Juniper Cottage. It is such a cozy, quaint space, with the most gracious hosts. This listing is pristine, organized, well stocked and most welcoming. We were absolutely charmed by the neighborhood beach, as well as the town of Jarvisburg. We also loved how convenient it was to local beaches, tourist attractions, and delicious restaurants. The highlight of our stay, though, was the Wii, lol! We loved it. "The cabin was very cute. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things, the ceiling fans were very dirty and the humidifier up stairs leaked and dripped down into the bedroom below.
