"The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

"This unit was very clean and the inside was well maintained. We did not use the outdoor areas as we were in town to visit family. The property is right off a main road giving easy access to town. It was not an issue for us, but the 3rd bedroom is a converted lanai in the front of the home. It was attached to the home but the front door remained closed and it had its own window unit for air. If traveling with children I would not feel comfortable leaving a young child out there. My 19 year...

"We absolutely loved staying here. Lovely cottage. Very clean and organized with everything you could need. It is very close proximity to local restaurants and the river/ marina. We enjoyed having the bicycles and kayaks available to use.We felt completely at home. Shannon was an awesome host and very easy and pleasant to communicate with.I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again next time we visit Homosassa. "
