This beautifully designed 2-room vacation apartment welcomes you on the 3rd floor of the Dünenresidenz and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old. The stylish, modern furnishings and tasteful decor ensure a wonderful vacation. The bright, inviting living area with a comfortable seating area (flat-screen TV, DVD player) is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area in the bay window. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Schloonsee and the Baltic Sea. The bedroom, featuring a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), offers a restful night’s sleep. A modern, comfortable bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a storage room for your luggage, are also available. On the south-facing balcony overlooking Bansin, you can enjoy the evening sun, while the second balcony on the side offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an additional fee) for our younger guests. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.


Stay right by the sea in the seaside resort of Bansin! The Dünenresidenz on the beach promenade offers spacious apartments with high-quality, tasteful furnishings. Some apartments feature a beautiful ocean view. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage, where bicycles can also be stored.
