Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for.

The George Hotel
Good place to stay when walking Hadrian’s wall. Packed lunches are offered. The restaurant is nice too.

Langley Castle Hotel
Had a lovely two night stay. We loved the size of our bedroom and fabulous bathroom! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely and the guided tour of the castle is a must do. In terms of tiny tweaks nuts and seeds at breakfast perhaps as part of granola, minor issue and ...

Lovelady Shield House
Cobblestones Cottage at Lovelady Shield
The property had lots of equiptment for cooking. The maintenance man and cleaner were extremely friendly and helpful. The outside could do with some care and attention to update . We had a lovley break here and would go again.
