The space
Northampton Cove is a single-level waterfront lake home with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying Lake Gaston. Inside, guests will find an open living area with seating and TV, a kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Outside, the property includes a lake-facing deck, hot tub, fire pit area, outdoor seating, private dock access for your boat and use of multiple type of kayaks including youth kayaks. Guests also have access to Papa’s Lakeside Lounge & Game Room, a detached garage-style space with a pool table, bar area, TV, video games including Xbox Game Pass, a board game library, cornhole boards and a basketball hoop.

The home is designed for families and groups who want a relaxed lake stay with plenty of spaces to spread out, play games, enjoy the water, and gather together.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full home, outdoor areas, hot tub, fire pit, private dock, and Papa’s Lakeside Lounge & Game Room. The game room is located in the detached garage-style building and includes a pool table, bar area, TV, video games, and board game library.

Guests may also use the lake-facing deck, outdoor seating areas, and dock for relaxing, swimming, fishing, and enjoying the water.

Owner storage areas, locked closets, and any marked maintenance/storage spaces are not accessible to guests.

Northampton Cove is a lakefront home, so guests should expect natural outdoor conditions, including insects, wildlife, uneven ground, and changing lake levels. Children should be supervised at all times near the water, dock, hot tub, fire pit, and game room.

The dock and lake access are for guest enjoyment, but use is at your own risk. Please bring your own life jackets and water safety gear. The hot tub, fire pit, games, and outdoor areas should be used responsibly and left in good condition for the next guests.

The property is designed for families and relaxing lake getaways. Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not permitted unless prior approval is granted.
