"When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!"

The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and comfortably accommodated our multigenerational family of ten. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub — they were highlights of our stay. "We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

"This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....
