The Space:

Our home is situated at the mouth of Pea Hill Creek, giving you quick access to the main lake. This property is a rare find with over 100ft of flat, waterfront views to enjoy! 🌊☀️



🔸The Home:

Our home features a king suite with a private full bathroom overlooking the water. The home also has two bedrooms with a queen bed each, one of which also has a twin bed and lake view. The fourth room has 3 beds, which includes 2 twins and a full bed. The fifth room has a queen and two sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to prepare meals for your group, including a breakfast bar and gas-range stove. All utensils, cups, plates, pots, pans, coffee mugs, and containers are available for guest use. We also have a drip coffee maker, crockpot, dishwasher, washer, and dryer available. There are a total of 3 large refrigerators with freezers for guest use. We also have a large ice machine so that all you have to do is pack your coolers! ☕ 🥞🍦🌭🍔



When you're not at the dock, you can still enjoy the view of the lake from two large decks or from the all seasons room. The all seasons room is the perfect spot to have meals with the family, especially at dawn and dusk when you get to see spectacular sun rises and sun sets. For those who enjoy grilling, we have a grill on the deck that you can use during your stay. There's also a marble fire pit table perfect for yummy s'mores for the family! 🔥 🪵 🍢 🍫



🔸Outdoors:

The two-story dock is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, a TV, multiple swings and chairs, boat/jet ski slips, a full size refrigerator/freezer, and a bar with seating--everything that you need for entertaining. Relax on the swings, catch a game on the TV, listen to your favorite music, throw a fishing line out, or just float in the water and enjoy the views.



You'll also find that we have a huge 25ft swim mat, mooring whips, two boat slips and lifts, two jet ski slips and lifts, and a jetski floating dock you can use during your stay. Bring your own boat and enjoy all the water sports the lake has to offer! 🏄‍♀️ 🤿 ☀️🐠🐟🏝️🌅



🔸The Neighborhood:

A boat ramp is located in the neighborhood and is available for guest use. Directions are included in the booking details. Enjoy a walk in nature or jog around the neighborhood, how far you go is up to you! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♂️‍➡️



🔸Getting Around:

The nearest gas station is about 1/2 a mile away and the nearest grocery store/shops are 4.5 miles away! Stores include Food Lion, Ace Hardware, a pizza place, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, an ice kiosk, Dollar General, Family Dollar, ABC Store, clothing store, restaurants, and so much more. In the summer, there's a flea market, farmer's market, and food trucks nearby. If you're early on a weekend, you may catch The Shrimp Guy with fresh Outer Banks shrimp! The are multiple boat/jet ski rental and charter companies nearby as well! 📍🚗⛽ 👜🍕🍿🛠️



🔸Wifi:

Wifi is included and offers fast connecting speeds for multi-use connections. We regularly have multiple computers, consoles, and phones operating on the Wifi.

Pets are allowed at an added Pet Fee. 🐶🐾
