Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. "Gorgeous hotel, rooms were well appointed... No TV was an added bonus! Lounge area was lovely to sit in the evening, playing one of the many boardgames. Restaurant was a little cramped (but this might have been due to the beautiful Christmas tree that was on display) but the food was incredible! We will definitely be back!"
