Hidden secret

We are a large extended family of 10 and have been coming to the Park city area for several years now but as the prices on the mountain keep increasing, we decided to give Heber city a try and we were pleasantly surprised! The house was very spacious. Had plenty of space for all of us with three floors and large area where we could all eat together on the nights we cooked in (everything you need to cook too). It really is only a 15 minute drive to the mountain. It was totally worth it - super easy. We skied at Park city and if you have four people in the car, the parking is free When we first looked at rental vehicles, the prices were very high for a week, but we booked one closer to our stay and we got a nice Dodge ram truck for 500 for the week! The property manager was very attentive. We had an issue with the Hot Tub temperature and they sent somebody out right away and then we couldn’t get the downstairs TV to connect and they actually came same day and replaced the entire TV. Very happy with the house the service and the communication. If we decide to return next year to Park city we will definitely be staying here.

The BEST for a girls getaway!

We were blown away by this house. The perfect amount of space for a group of 8-10 girls (but would fit more). Very easy 15 minute drive into Park City. House was clean and cozy and the two fireplaces and balconies made for great photos. Hot tub was amazing—it’s semi-private but we never saw any neighbors and had a great time. Incredible views from every bedroom. Great size kitchen, extra bonus room, TVs, tons of kitchen supplies… I’d recommend this house and would love to stay here again next time I visit Park City!!

Infected hot tub

Upon returning home, we noticed that the people in our party who used the hot tub all had the same rash. When I raised this issue, the host did not take any responsibility and did not offer any apologies. When I reported this to VRBO, the host retaliated and claimed that we broke the dining chair. Multiple dining chairs were broken upon check-in, but we did not report since we did not think this was a big deal. Those with the rashes were prescribed antibiotics and I have still not received any resolution on the matter.

Amazing Stay!

The neighborhood and views are absolutely gorgeous. The inside was so spacious. There are so many TVs inside, enough towels, plenty of seating. Great proximity to all our excursions. It was truly the perfect stay.

Great place for a family get-away!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family. We had a few concerns with cookware, lights that needed new bulbs, hot tub that was dirty. I messaged the owner and he replied right away and had new cookware delivered the following day, repairman came to fix the lighting and crew came to clean the hot tub. We weren't able to use the hot tub since it needs time to warm up, but was pleased with the quick response.

Perfect location for your Utah ski getaway!

Debbie & Mike were wonderful to work with and communicated well. Their house is clean and beautiful. They even provided a portable fan for my son’s room when I inquired. We had 3 families staying at the house and with 3 floors everyone could spread out. We really liked that each bedroom had a bathroom too. Location is super close to Deer Valley although we skied at Park City every day because of our Epic passes. Would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Utah. Five stars!

Plenty of room!

We chose this property because we were 3 families traveling together. Each couple had their own king size bed with their own bathroom. Our 5 grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room also. The only issue we had was losing hot water when bathing. So we planned accordingly.

Family of skiers and snowboarders celebrating a 70th Birthday

We loved the house! It was roomy and well equipped for our grown family. The location was also very convenient to Park City, Deer Valley and Midway - where we unexpectedly enjoyed the Homestead Crater and the Ice Castles. The owners were very response to our communication which always a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We would stay there again if we return to Utah.
