"My wife and I booked the Monet Suite for a wedding in nearby Purcellville, VA. We are experienced travelers in our 50s and 60s. Unfortunately, this was one of our worst lodging experiences. "The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room."

"We only spent one night here because my wife had training in the town of Purcellville. However, we were treated like family. Kenny, the general manager, was very kind, welcoming and attentive. He personally prepared our breakfast. Noé, the caretaker was wonderful and always available to us. Beyond that, this is one of the most beautiful, scenic properties I have ever experienced. You have to see it for yourself. Highly recommended!"
