"We loved the house! It was very comfortable, clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. My husband and I traveled with our baby and we commented that every piece of furniture chosen for the house, pool were chosen with ultimate comfort in mind. "The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable! The hosts are excellent communicators and went out of their way to leave special touches for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was the reason for our trip to Saint Augustine. "We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "

"Great condo! Very clean with plenty of linens and kitchen essentials. Plenty of parking available near the unit. Access to the beach was just a short walk away from the building. Close proximity to dining, shopping and concert venue. Host was very present through messages to make sure we had everything we needed. This was my first experience using Vrbo and I hope all my future bookings go as smoothly as this one did. Will definitely re-book this property the next time I'm in the area."
