"Love this little place! Very walkable to the historic downtown area of S.t Augustine. There's some outdoor seating options, and one area is very well shaded and a nice place to just enjoy an outside sit or cup of coffee. The host was very kind, and communicated very quickly. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips. Couldn't be a more perfect location for a solo traveler or a couple."

It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot.
