"A wonderful boutique hotel, exceptionally welcoming staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Food was outstanding! We were so well looked after and made to feel at home, so many personal touches from the staff, and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone! "

"Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment."

"We love visiting Filey out of season to walk on the beach with our dog and Bliss on the Bay provided everything we needed for our short stay (& everything we would need for a longer stay too). It was modern, clean & attractively furnished and decorated. The pass for the gym and swimming pool at The Bay was provided and there is a shop and an excellent pub within the complex. "A lovely cottage as described in the listing.A little disappointed there’s no welcome pack but there’s a shop on site for essentials.There are lots of lovely grounds to walk your dog. .We used the pub the food was lovely, can recommend.We went to the beach, from the cottage it’s a fair walk down a step slope.The views are fantastic and the beach was excellent,the walk back up the hill could be an issue if you are with young children or older family members, that said there were lots of people...

"We have stayed at the Bay Filey before so knew the location was good. Starfish Shack was very comfortable, warm and well warm equipped.

"We had a brilliant stay, the flat was perfect for our needs. It was spotless clean and we found it to be comfortable and cosy. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, it’s extremely well equipped.
Excellent WiFi. Parking just outside. It’s well located in the complex, close to the pub and leisure facilities.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be staying there again."
