Twice it mentions no pets with only service animals permitted and once "furry friends welcome" However there...

"We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Lots to do in the area, and the property was lovely - clean, well equipped and spacious. Great Ayton was a really good base for us, and the property is really well located with shops and cafes just a short walk away into the village!"
