The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and light. It has a particularly large open plan living, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Freeview channels are available on the TV, and an Apple TV is provided that will connect to the vast majority of Apple devices.

The bedroom has a double bed and there is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath , WC and wash basin.

Fast, unlimited WIFI is available, providing typically 55Mb/s download and 18 Mbs / upload speeds. All bedlinen and towels are provided. There is a washer with integrated dryer.

The apartment is located in the centre of Harrogate, with local amenities, restaurants and bars within a few steps of the building. The apartment itself is situated at the rear of the building on the 2nd floor, there is a lift, and therefore positioned away from foot and vehicular traffic. There are plenty of local car parks just a few minutes walk, and free on street parking from 6pm - 8am each day.

A welcome folder is in the apartment providing full appliance instructions and local tourist information as well as personal recommendations on things to do in and around the area.
