"We were in town visiting family and found this home to be the perfect location and size. Great location to historic downtown and to Cincinnati. The house is spacious and clean. Also nicely decorated. We weren’t sure of the check out expectations, but we cleaned up appropriately just like at any other rental. A suggestion would be to leave detailed instructions at the home. We were there Thursday-Saturday so we did take care of the trash cans at the curb like instructed in the app. Would...

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. I will say the booking was confusing because the site said one price, but when I went to book it, there was a higher price. There was also no working porch light, so it was impossible to see the key pad to enter our code. I did call and was helped, but I had to get a separate flashlight. The house is very clean, but it is old and smells somewhat musty, but did not affect us in a profound way, just annoying. ...

"This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive. "
