"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again."

The place was clean, comfortable and full of small touches that made our stay nicer (thanks for stocking the house with coffee!). "Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation!
