Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area."

Lovely house, brilliant location, 10 mins in the car to Great Yarmouth, 10 mins walk to the lovely beach with all the amenities you need.Parking at the rear and free car park across the road.Sit and watch the boats/ ships come into the harbour from the sea.We would recommend this house to everyone.Lovely beaches all down that coast. "This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player.
