The total area of the apartment is 68 m², with the inside area measuring 62 m² and a 6 m² balcony characterizing the outside area. The apartment is quiet and centrally located in the Harder district "In der Kiese".

The living room is bright and equipped with a smart TV for a cozy evening in front of the TV. In addition, the large sofa is extendable and can therefore be used as a double bed.

The comfortable kitchen is fully equipped to put your cooking skills to the test. There is a bakery selling groceries in the immediate vicinity or, alternatively, a supermarket.

For physical refreshment, the bathroom is fully equipped with a comfortable shower and toilet.

A relaxed and cozy round to read a book, find inspiration or simply enjoy the tranquility of nature, you are welcome to go to the balcony with a beautiful view.

At the end of a busy day you will find yourself in the air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and two single beds for a good night's sleep. Bed guard rails for little ones are also available on request.
