"Room was exceptional y clean. Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days) Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments" Staff were very friendly and cheerful"

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

"Booked as a self-contained room thinking it had a kitchen. It did - shared by the rest of the rooms on the floor. Hmmm. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room. "We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

"The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot.
