"Always welcomed when we entered and left the building by the front staff. Treated us with royalty. Carried out luggage’s in and opens and closed the door. Addressed any concerned we had immediately and gave us options to do things in area. Premium products and bedding. In and close to everything either by walk or dang sm or grab. "The place is in a great location right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafés.
