Paulele!! Perfect home in a perfect spot near Hanalei Bay! The views of the mountains through all the dense foliage around the home were particularly special. Tyler could not have been more accommodating in arranging our stay and giving us local tips. We found the house full of character, clean as a whistle and an ideal home away from home for a relaxing respite. We really enjoyed it in the rain and even came to adore the roosters who woke us up every morning. Everything we needed for our little walks to the beach was close at hand. Being near town worked so well for us. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we cannot wait to return to Kauai!

Paulele Beach House has it all: great location to beach and shops/restaurants, ocean view, spectacular mountain view, the beach house is set up perfectly for an extended family vacation. Large gathering areas indoors and outdoor accommodated all our needs. This is the perfect house for a wonderful Kauai vacation experience

Ridiculous Hanalei Getaway

This home was amazing in almost every way. Clean, well equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation and the location was incredible. With such a short walk to beach access we spent almost all of our time on the beach at Hanalei Bay, but when it was time to head home to clean up or cook a meal we looked forward to spending time at this beautiful and well cared for home. Highly recommended and we will certainly be back!

Paulele Beach Home

I have renamed the House a Home because we were so completely comfortable and content during our week-long stay. Tyler takes pride in this special place, and it has everything our family with ages ranging from 18 months to 70 years needed. Very spacious inside. Everyone can hang out in the same room, including the large front deck, but be involved in different activities. The proximity to Hanalei Bay is priceless. Our family had intermediate surfers who were happy with waves closer to shore, experienced surfers happy going further out, wave jumpers off the beach, and our keiki who loved splashing on a board where the river meets the ocean. The home has beautiful tropical landscaping and an orange tree that supplied us with fresh squeezed juice every morning. The photos tell the story. Also, great washer and dryer, reliably hot water, nice bathrooms, two refrigerators, spotlessly clean, and other pluses you don't see in the photos. Can't wait to return.

Old Hawaiian Charm in Excellent Location

Fantastic property. 3 minute walk to the beach, <10 minute walk to Hanalei town. We went days without even getting in the car. The house is wonderfully comfortable. All rooms are well appointed with a classic Hawaiian vibe, and the views out through the valley are stunning. The property grounds have lush, beautiful landscaping that truly makes you feel like you're in a jungle resort. The layout of the separate suites provided the right amount of privacy for each of us. We loved the shuffleboard, and the upper deck was great for my baby as she was learning to crawl. They had everything you would need for the beach, and the beach wagon was especially useful. Only tip: bring your own soap, there was only shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

House is as described. you see that the owners love the place and take good care. wonderful layout, especially the two secluded primary suites - which are the bedrooms we used. Short walk to the beach and Hanalei shops and restaurants.

Nice Family Stay with Great Location - Walk to Everything

We enjoyed our stay and the owners were super responsive and helpful. Good setup with two master suites. It was warm in the living areas late in the day and took some time for the house to cool down at night making it hard to sleep in the twin bedroom - maybe to be expected in July. The outdoor porches were great and easy access to the beach path. Thanks.

Perfect location on Hanalei Bay

We had 8 adults stay for one week. The house and sleeping rooms are enormous, which allowed everyone to have the space they needed. The house was clean and well equipped. The location to the beach (less than 0.1 miles to the access strip) was amazing and allowed for easy transport of beach toys etc. The proximity to town was incredible too. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic in Hanalei

We lived this property. Cozy, plenty of room, gorgeous views, easy walk to everything. On top of it all, the host was so easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again.

Lovely home in Hanalei

The Paulele Beach House is a very special place. It has everything you need, full kitchen, a large dining table that has a gorgeous view of the mountains, several seating areas to gather as a family or have your own private space, laundry room, bikes, and all the beach gear including beach toys for young children. The beach is only a short walk away, as is the little shopping area of Hanalei. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in Hanalei. The only difficult part is leaving at the end of your stay, which was the case for my family.

Truly Paradise

My family was so lucky to find this incredible place in Hanalei. The area is possibly the most beautiful in Hawaii and the house was classy, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. Original woodwork and charm throughout, with high-end updates where you’d want them. The perfect place to unplug, unwind, and marvel at the beauty of Hawaii. And the owner Tyler was gracious to a fault and made sure we had all the local information we needed. Thanks Tyler!

Perfect Location to access Hanalei Bay

We had an amazing stay in Paulele Beach House! The house was clean, well stocked and a fantastic location for walking to the beach all with a funky beach house vibe that we really enjoyed. Our kids are 6 & 9 and we were comfortable with them in the main house while we enjoyed privacy in the upstairs master bedroom that is just a few steps away under the lovely covered porch. We traveled with another couple who stayed in the downstairs master bedroom and everyone felt like they had a nice bit of privacy. The avocado and citrus trees in the backyard were a nice bonus as well as the double washer and dryer!

The Nally Visit

Our group of 7 adults (generally speaking!) had an absolutely marvelous time staying for two weeks staying in Paulele. The home is perfect for a large group! There’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time soaking up the magnificent sights, sounds and smells of magical Hanalei. Tyler was extremely helpful during the entire process; from making initial plans about the house to helping us chart our activities. Paulette House exceeded our expectations in many ways! We all agree that it was one of our favorite family trips ever. Goofy dancing, amazing conversations, silly games, incredible meals and magic moments. On our second to last day, we learned of our son’s pending engagement. Needless to say it was a very special trip!

AMAZING!!!!

My family was absolutely blessed to stay at this incredible property for two weeks. First of all Tyler was the most genuine, caring, and responsive host we have ever worked with. And we have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. He truly went above and beyond to resolve any issues, provide great detailed information about the island, and ensure our stay was fabulous! The location could not be beat. It was a short stroll to the beach which we enjoyed everyday. The town was also in walking distance or a 2 minute drive. The house itself was stunning. Beautiful view. Such a great lay out with so much space to spread out. The beds were heavenly. The kitchen well stocked. So many fun beach toys.And great family games including shuffle board. Our grandbabies and entire family LOVED and CERISHED this trip. We sure hope to return! Thank you Tyler for sharing your magic!

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Location, and Wonderful Owner

This house was just right for our family (my brother and his kids, my mom, and my wife and I). The home was represented well in the Listing, Tyler was a pleasure to communicate with, and the location was perfect for us. So easy to run to town to grab a bite to eat, or pick up groceries by walking or riding one of the bicycles. The beach access was awesome and the beach at Hanalei Bay was amazing! A little secrect for those yet to stay, search through the beach toy box, we found some fun toys in the bottom! Tyler- Thank you to you and your family for such a wonderful vacation!

Hanalei Paradise

Paulele is paradise. Our family of 4 had the most magical vacation at this gem of a beach house. It’s clean, spacious and comfortable, and perfectly situated to walk to the beach or town. The layout is a bit funky but we enjoyed being able to spread out and enjoy the outdoor spaces. I’m sensitive to heat so I did worry the lack of AC would be an issue, but during our stay in June it wasn’t a problem. The cool breezes kept us comfortable. We also had a blast playing shuffleboard, and we loved the conveniences, including laundry and great beach gear- including a wagon to haul it all! Don’t hesitate to book this sweet little house!

Perfect Location for family gatherings

Absolutely perfect vacation home!

Our family of 6 stayed here at the home for a week. Our 4 teenage daughters were in heaven. They walked to the beach everyday and walked or ride provided bikes into town to get shaved ice or snacks. We played games on the expansive deck with views out to the Ocean. The home is beautiful decorated and charming. The beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need to be comfortable. We enjoyed the provided beach towels, boogie boards and surf board. The kitchen was well stocked. Tyler was extremely responsive and helpful. We fell in love with this home and will definitely come back. It was perfect. We are so sad to leave. Thank you Tyler!
