"The room was listed as a two bedroom, I expected it to be a single unit but management emailed me to notify that the booking was for two separate units right next to each other. It worked out well for us because we were a group of two families. Aside from that the unit was very clean, and spacious. I loved that it was right across from the beach ! "Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again."

"This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well...

"It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. "

"Theresa/Lolo and other office staff were great at answering questions before we arrived and also during checkout they printed out our flight boarding passes. This is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen available to make meals or store our restaurant leftovers. Our unit faced the center courtyard so we could see the ocean over the pool area. Landscaping with waterfall and BBQ patio made us feel we were in an elegant resort.
