The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. The outdoor space is amazing - there is a table with a grill right outside the kitchen, a deck with a table, hammock, and seats in the back of the house, and an upstairs deck with a beautiful view of the bay and beach. "Location is awesome. The view is amazing and fairly close to grocery stores and shopping. Attractions close by as well. Oceanfront with beach access steps away. Small issue with keyless entry battery resulting in some stress until rental company helped us enter house. We also thought we had beach equipment rental credit but wasn't given. House was wonderful.
