"Great Stay, Great Communication, would stay again"

"Overall it is expensive for what you get. Pros: 1. Quiet, suburban neighborhood2. Snacks, coffee/tea pods and bottle water appreciated since tap water tastes like pool water.3. Overall very clean rental.4. Beds are comfortable.Cons: 1. 30-40 degree slope on driveway precludes anyone with even minimal mobility issues. I would not even park my car on it due to steepness. Concrete stairs are at different pitches too. Transverse with caution.2. Portable AC unit very loud making conversation in...

"The Cozy apartment is terrific. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchenette is very nice. Our host was attentive and checked in to make certain we were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Fayetteville Ga. "

"I drove 5 hours away and when I made it to the prperty , the host did not answer, I had no way to enter tge property. I called vrbo, they couldnt reach the host either. Do not book here"

"Just passing through on our way to Florida. It was an easy stop off of 75 and better than staying in a hotel. I didn't receive any check in information and I had to reach out to the owner my self on the day of check in. Owner was slow to respond to message, but eventually responded."

"Enjoyed every moment spent here."

"A wonderful stay. Very comfortable and quiet. The property is so beautiful! It was perfect for what I needed."

"Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. She said she was going to replace it the next...

"The room was clean it had ac and a fan so it wasn't really getting to hot and I was comfortable"

"Quiet nights helped me rest better than usual here."

"This little get away was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The location was very quiet and parking was right in the front. The beds were very cozy and clean, the bathroom was a nice size walk in shower. The kitchen was cute and had seating for 6. The nugget ice tray I thought was a cute touch as well. The living room area was just like the pictures online. There was washer and dryer available. I would stay here again."

"Work trip, one night. Free parking made it easy to come and go as needed. The air conditioning worked well in keeping things cool while I focused on my tasks."

"Internet speed good enough for working some emails during my short visit here."

"Easy enough to get around solo with plenty of parking on site available."

"Just wanted somewhere tidy overnight, gained one offering free parking along TV plus dependable internet indoors consistently."

"The location near main roads meant an easy drive around town. Free parking was great. Vending machines added convenience when we preferred not to leave the property. Rooms include microwaves and fridges which help with meals on the go."
