"Room was spotless with complete modern kitchen and bath. Nice short walk to the beach! Only issue I had was upstairs neighbors were beyond loud!! Asked for help because got woken up at 4am and 630am with kids running, jumping, and lord knows what else was going on up there. If I was to stay again I would get a 3rd floor to avoid this."

"The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. "

"This was one of our best trips to the NC coast. The location of this rental was perfect for us. The home was bright and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Easy access to the home, and being able to unload vehicles under a covering was much appreciated, as it rained a few times during our stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend. "

"Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! "

Be aware that this is a duplex, which means that you will have next door neighbors out on the balcony next to you, and you will need to share the parking area. Overall, a great beach vacation rental! "We loved our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and household items, appliances, utensils, etc. The porch was perfect for sitting in the shade and looking over the water. And the beach access was only a quick walk away. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. "We enjoyed our stay in Rob's condo!The location was perfect. You can walk straight onto the beach, and there is a shower and hose on the boardwalk to rinse off the sand. The pool in the community is nice and has a generous shallow end that our preschoolers enjoyed. Parking was very convenient right under the unit.The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and fully stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds! Rob was a very generous host and very easy to communicate with.We would love to stay again...
