"The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this condo on the river. Close to everything downtown. The Battleship USS North Carolina anchors right across the river with a view from the balcony. The washer and dryer make cleaning clothes easy. Everything you need is in the comfort of this condo. A separate bedroom is great because I get up early and my wife gets up later. No arguments here. "This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

I believe the screen door off the livingroom needs to be put in the track. "I am 66 years old and this was my most enjoyable stay at a beach EVER. From the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the host (he deserves 6 stars!) to the location (pretty much a private beach) with the ocean right at our doorstep, practically.
