Easter Weekend 2025

The backyard grass was uncut and there was an old carpet and lantern on the side of the house by the wheelchair ramp. The home had a damp odor throughout. The neighborhood is not the best.

Weekend Trip

Served our needs. Clean and nicely stocked. Leaking shower in basement made the whole place smell musty, which I'm sure they are fixing. Neighborhood ok; didn't feel unsafe.

One Issue

Overall, the house was great. Had a maintenance issue which was fixed the next day. After the trip, however, we were charged an additional 135. I asked the Host what it was for, and she suspected it was because we had more guests than indicated which was not true.

Cozy and Great Value

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom home in East Hamilton, Ohio. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances that made preparing meals a breeze, and the entertainment options on the TV were great for winding down in the evenings. The house is perfect for long stays, providing all the comforts you could ask for.The backyard was a highlight for us—private, well-maintained, and complete with a BBQ, which made enjoying some fresh air even better. The neighbors are friendly, and the area feels safe and welcoming.The owners were fantastic—very communicative and responsive, and they provided a thorough guide to the home and surrounding area, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.If you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, this home is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Over All Experience

The house was very clean and checking was simple and easy. My only regret was that you were not allowed any guest to visit, for this reason I would not rent this place again. I hope that the host would reconsider this rule in the future. My only suggestion is that you might want to consider night stands in the two other bedrooms. We both have c-pap machines and no place to set them. The house and the neighborhood was great. We enjoyed our trip and the house.

Visiting family for Christmas

We needed a nice clean house to stay in near to where our daughter lives. Also with the fenced-in yard it was good for our 2 small dogs. We will probably stay there again.

Cute but hot

The first night went great but the next day we noticed the temps getting hotter and hotter. By 9pm it was 78-80 degrees in the house. I reached out and got told it was fine while the cleaned during the day. By the next morning it was still 80 degrees. Miserably hot for my 2 yr old. She slept downstairs with my husband while I stayed upstairs with the other kids. I even thought about asking for a partial refund so I could go to a hotel.

Great updated home and great location

My son and I were in town for a tournament and this home couldn't have had a better location. The house was newly renovated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. My only downside was that I had to reach out multiple times about the check-in process and also asked if I could arrive to the house a couple hours early just to drop our belongings off. I finally got an answer on the check-in process the day of and was told that the automated email glitches sometimes ...but never received word about the early check-in. It just would've been nice to have that communication. Overall, would recommend.

We were a little concerned as we where driving up to the home. But, it was very good. Neighborhood was fine once we got into the home. Super clean. Everything was there that we needed plus more. Perfect small town B&B. Host were perfect and answered every concern fast!!

My family was in town for a sporting event at Spooky Nook Champions Mill. The home was close in proximity (less than 2 miles) to the venue. All of our basic necessities were available. The home was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Hamilton. Thank you.

Wonderful experience!

This was an absolutely perfect accommodation for our family. The place was so clean and inviting. The basement “locker room-game room” was such a nice addition for our entire family. Hazel was such a great host as well. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Cincinnati area!

Cute home!

Stayed for a couple of nights and spent a day skiing at Perfect North which was about 45 minutes away. Chose to stay here as it was close to Mason to pick up our daughter’s friend. We ate out the first night at a fun brewery downtown Hamilton which was a short 5-10 minute drive. Not sure we’ll ever be back in the area but would stay again. Updated, nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a short stay. Nice showers, comfy beds and ample towels. Basement would be fun for younger kids and having the extra bathroom downstairs was a plus!
