"Our family had an incredible weekend in Oxford! This place truly exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed all of the amazing amenities, especially having access to both a pool and a hot tub. The grounds were stunning and really offered a serene and beautiful environment. Highly recommend for a nice, relaxing stay!"

"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

"It was clean and quiet. The staff checked in on me but without pressure. Really enjoyed my stay and check out was really easy."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again."

"My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights. Great location! You can walk to the Krohn Conservatory (less than 10 minutes)!! We had superb communication with the owner. Tiny but well-thought."

"Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties we’ve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!!"

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"Incredibly unique property. Fantastic vibes, awesome location for spots you want to go into town or stay out and just enjoy the property. Communication was unmatched, even swapped the coffee maker that wasn’t working first thing in the morning when I hadn’t fully woken so I could have a fresh cup of coffee. Just lovely."

"Wonderfully decorated and conveniently located. Uber eyes were no more than 10 minutes away to downtown area. Accommodated seven adults very easily. outdoor space with super cute and hot tub was clean. Check in Process was very easy And host communicated well and in a timely manner."

"We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The stay was great. The house was way bigger than the pictures show. Nice location too. Close to the zoo and to the aquarium. Will be back hopefully in august if avaliable. Thank you for having us!"

"The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. I send video of the action and was met with...

"Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay! "
