"The rooms were nice and the view at sunset was stunning. Beds were comfy too. The shower room floor was a little messy just behind the door and the water flow in the shower was rather pathetic, but other than that the property was clean and the shower had been upgraded recently."

"Not 1 to complain, but room got changed 1 day before, but the bad thing was no heating on at the entertainment at night it was freezing, rate it 3 from 10"

"Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains"

"We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

"Pleasant friendly welcome and check in quick and easy. Room a tad cosy but spotless clean. Bar downstairs friendly chappy who ran that. Breakfast amazing that my wife and I said its was the best we've had anywhere on hotel breaks away. Plenty of staff on hand in airy breakfast room if need assistance and clearance of plates etc. Location great just 2 mins to Bispham tram stop and about 8 stops to the tower central Blackpool. We will rebook for sure."

"Lovely modern hotel. Fresh milk provided in the fridge and excellent choice at breakfast. Will stay again when in the area."

"The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed"

"Renovación absoluta "

"The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly"

"It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)"

"Had a sea view room. Room was clean. Bed comfy (but only stayed one night). Bathroom door lock was broken. No toilet brush in the bathroom. You had to put the main light switch on and off to turn the lights on and off The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream were provided in dispensers as were towels. The breakfast area was very busy but really quite small for the amount of people. The breakfast was cold. Drinks were expensive. I do not feel the stay was worth £156 for one night. Feel...
