"Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. "A comfortable and well equipped flat in a massive residential complex. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic and capable. Free parking was available in the centre of the surrounding roads, sufficiently close that the car was visible from the flat. The surroundings were not the best but we spent seven nights with no issues at all and regard the property as offering great value for money. "

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. "The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. "Really great property with lots of nice touches, plentiful number of USB power ports in all areas. Good number of tea, coffee etc and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge, a bowl of fresh fruit. Lots of dishwasher tablets and pretty much everything you would need. Very clean and well presented. A 10 min walk to beach & pier. Lots of options for shops, restaurants & drinks within a few minutes walk."

"El hotel esta bien situado y nos dieron una habitacion renovada por lo que la moqueta estaba decente en comparacion con otras veces. Lamentablemente y como de costumbre las chicas de limpieza no han aparecido hasta esta mañana y a nuestra liegada tuve que limioar la mesita llena de marcas de botellas y limpiar el inodoro que estaba sucio. Volvemos soempre al hotel por la localizacion a corta distancia del hogar de ancianos en el que esta mi suegra. Es el UNICO establecimiento en la zona lamentablemente y su spa, piscina y gimnasio estan muy bien aunque, COMO DE COSTUMBRE, el jacuzzi estaba estropeado asi como el hamam. La comida del bar malisima. Todo un desastre aunque desgraciadamente tendremos que volver"
